Chapter 16: A date (King x squiggly)

P.O.V. Third

King smiled as he walked away with squiggly still holding her hand. As they walked Squiggly smiled and began to lean on King. When she did King blushed slightly and continued down the streets.

The two then began to walk towards the place that they had first met. While not a pleasant place or sight to most it for some reason or another attracted to the two. When they arrived King looked at Squiggly. "You know I'm really happy you asked me out," King said as he looked at the female.

Squiggly smiled hearing this and began to lean on King's arm. "Me too," the female said as she tried to calm her rapidly beating heart.

"I think I could really fall for someone like you," King said as he looked at the female in front of him. When he said this Squiggly looked up at the male and smiled.

"Really?" She asked trying to not sound overly excited about the comment.

"Of course," King said as he looked at the female in front of him. "In fact," King began gaining the female's attention. However as he continued Squiggly noticed his face was becoming a slight shade of red. "I'd be more than happy to take someone like you as my wife," King said as he looked at the female.

When he said this Squiggly also blushed and looked at the male. The two then found Squiggly's grave and began to sit on her gravestone. The two then began to look at each other and King turned his attention to the female beside him. Squiggly became nervous seeing this and turned to look at the male beside her.

"Is something wrong?" Squiggly asked looking at the male in front of her.

"No," King said as he began to lean closer to her. As he did Squiggly blushed slightly and began to lean towards him as well. "Everything is," King began only to stop when their lips meet. When they did King reached up and began to hold Squiggly with one of his hands.

Like before their kiss wasn't heated or rough but the two could feel the passion each had for them. This soft and gentle kiss to the two of them was more than enough for the two of them. When the two once again separated King smiled and finished what he was saying. "Perfect," King said looking at the female in front of him.

Squiggly smiled hearing this and the two once again began to hold hands with Squiggly leaning her head on King's shoulder. "I love you Squiggly," King said as he looked at the female in front of him.

"And I love you," squiggly said as the two once again began to enjoy each other's company. King then stood up and looked at the female in front of him.

"Would you like to stay with me tonight?" King asked looking at the female. Squiggly once again felt her face heat up and nodded hearing this as she stood up as well. The two then began to walk down the streets of the kingdom and King stopped when he reached the building he had been staying in during his short stay.

King then blushed and looked away slightly embarrassed. "I-If it's alright with you I'd rather not do . . . Other stuff tonight," King said looking at the female. Squiggly felt herself calm down hearing this and nodded as King opened the door for her.

"Such a gentleman," Squiggly said as she walked into the house. King smiled slightly hearing this and the two began to walk through the house. King then opened the door to his room and blushed slightly. "While this is the only bed in the house I'll gladly give it up if it'd make you more comfortable, o-or-" King began as he turned away slightly flustered. "We could sh-share," King said looking at the female in front of him.

Squiggly also blushed at the idea and moved forward to hug the male. "Sharing would be nice," Squiggly said as she separated from the male. "B-but if you don't mind could you look away for a moment?" Squiggly asked looking at King. When she said this King nodded and turned away from the bed. Squiggly then sighed and took off some of her clothes. There was no point in messing up her only pair of clothes.

After she did she hide herself under the large cover King had and looked at him slightly embarrassed. "Y-you can look now," Squiggly said looking at him. When she did King nodded and turned around and blushed seeing that she had taken off her dress. King then reached into his pocket and took out his watch and began to walk towards her.

King then turned his back to squiggly and sat in the bed beginning to take his own clothes off as well. "W-wait!" Squiggly said slightly nervous as she reached towards King. However she had been so nervous that she did so much faster and harder than she meant to causing King to drop his watch and shatter against the ground.

"I-I'm so sorry!" Squiggly said quickly apologizing for her mistake. She knew he cared about that watch and she didn't mean to break it. Fearing she had just ruined any chance she had with King she looked at the male a little concerned.

"It's fine," King said as all the pieces to his watch began to float. They then landed on his hand and he placed them on the dresser next to his bed.

"B-but you love that watch," Squiggly said as she looked at King.

"Yeah," King said as his face turned red and he looked away slightly embarrassed by what he was about to say. "But I like you more," King said embarrassed as he looked at the female in front of him. Squiggly smiled hearing this and hugged the male in front of her. "Let's get some sleep," King said as he began to lay down beside the female. Squiggly nodded hearing this and the two slowly began to fall asleep.
