Chapter 11: Feelings

P.O.V. Squigly

I ran down the streets looking for King. I didn't see him anywhere as I looked around however I saw him suddenly appear in front of a building. When he did he stumbled for a bit before he leaned on the walls.

As I got closer I could hear him panting. "Wow, I didn't realize stopping time this frequently would effect me this much. . . heh then again I've never had a reason to try," He said as he stood up. Stopping time? Why would he be doing that. "This and one other place is all that's left so if Squigly isn't here, then she has to be there," he said looking at the building.

He's looking for me? He cares about me, just like I care about him. I felt a smile crawl onto my face as I once again ran towards him. When I did I saw everything turn blue and stop moving.

Everything then changed, the city that I had known all my life was now a beautiful forest with blue flames floating in the air. "Welcome," I heard a voice say behind me. When I turned around I saw the male that I had seen before. That male that I believed saved me.

Long white hair and bright golden eyes and now that I could see him clearly he had two animal ears and an animal tail. He then sat down and looked at me. "Please have a seat," he said gesturing to another seat. I not wanting to upset the male nodded and sat down.

"You should feel honored it's not often that one of the primordial spirits chooses to talk to a mortal," he said looking at me. I was a little confused by what he meant and he looked at me. "Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Chronos," he said looking at me.

"Oh well my name is-" I began only for the male to raise his hand. When he did I stopped and looked at him. "I know who you are, and yes I am the one that saved you from that grotesque nurse," he said looking at me.

I smiled hearing this and was about to thank him however he once again held up his hand. "However do not mistake my kindness, I personally could care less if you die or live. However you are important to someone close to me," he said looking at me. I then looked down and a cup appeared and it seemed to have creme soda in it.

I smiled seeing this and began to drink it. "I know what you're going to tell him," the male said causing me to tense up a bit. "I just want you to know that even though I can't be there with him I still care about him deeply so I'm just going to say this once," he said looking at me.

"You are free to do with him as you wish. You can comfort him and love him until you both are content. However he is the one and only thing that I even remotely value so if you so much of think about hurting him," he said glaring at me. I then felt an incredible pressure on me, it felt like I could be crushed at any moment.

"If you hurt him then I will personally go through every timeline and wipe you from every reality. You will never have existed and never will exit, the only person who will have any memory of you is me and I'm sure that it would corrode and fade over time," he said looking at me.

I suddenly became much more nervous hearing this as the pressure faded. "Of course I should have nothing to worry about. As I said you have my permission to as you please with him," he said as he stood up. "Now go and confess to him and I shall watch over you two from a distance," he said looking at me.

I nodded hearing this and stood up. When I did he chuckled slightly and looked at me. "Also do me a favor and keep this visit between us, if he knew I was still alive I doubt he'd stop looking for me. You can tell that parasite of yours if you wish but be sure that he knows not to tell King of your visit here," he said looking at me.

I then saw everything fade and the city that I've known all my life appear. Everything was still stopped however I watched as everything began to slowly move I then once again began to run towards King.

"King!" I called out to the male. When I did he turned around and smiled seeing me as I hugged him. When I did he returned the hug and I nuzzled into his chest. "I missed you King," I said holding him.

I looked up at him when I said this and saw that his face was a slight shade of red. "I-I missed you too," he said holding me.

"Squigly you're heart rate is increasing. Try to calm down," I heard Leviathan say quietly as I looked at the male. It was almost impossible for me to calm down now.

"King, I . . . I love you," I said looking at him. I then leaned forward and connected our lips together. I felt my heart speed up even more when I did this and felt him kiss back. I'm so glad he's not rejecting my feelings.

When we separated I looked at him a little embarrassed. "I . . . I think I love you too," he said looking at me. I smiled hearing this and once again hugged him. I then looked to the side and saw a figure staring at us.
