"So," Scott says, messing around with his hair, "I think I'm gonna go back to 16 year old Scott and grow my hair back." He says.

I laugh as he continues the fluff his hair, "That's great. You looked cute with that hair."

"Are you saying I don't look cute now?" He says, his mouth open and a hand on his chest as if he'd been wounded.

"Oh, shut up." I laugh, kissing him.

"Is Lydia coming into school tomorrow?" Scott asks, biting his nail.

"I have no idea. It has been three weeks but, yeah." I reply.

I sigh and lie back on the bed, rubbing my stomach.

Scott looks over at me, "Does it hurt?" He asks.

I nod.

He pouts and lies next to me.

He puts a hand to my stomach and I place my hand on top of his, smiling.

"Just six more months to go." He grins.

He places a kiss on my bump and stands up. "I gotta go work with Deaton for a bit. I'll be back soon, okay?" I nod.

"Call me if you need me!" He shouts, closing the door behind him.

I looked through my emails (I did that when I was bored) and found an email from my dad.

It said he was coming back a week early.

Which was this week.

Oh.

I felt like of just been punched in the stomach.

I groaned and grabbed my stomach.

My dad hadn't seen me in months.

Once he sees me, he's just going to give me the silent treatment again.

I sat on Scott's bed and buried my head in my hands.

"What am I going to do.." I say to myself.

My phone jumps to life with a flurry of buzzing.

I stare at it.

It was an unknown number.

I hesitate for a moment before answering, "Hello?"

"Is this, ah, miss Argent? Allison Argent?" Replies a lady, possibly mid-30's.

"Yes. Who's asking?"

"This is Beacon Hills Memorial Hospital. Your father is here. You were the only family member to call."

I stared at my phone,

What had happened to him?

Where had he gone?

Oh, God.

"Miss Argent?"

"What? What happened?"

"He was in a car accident. He's fine at the moment."

I ended the call and stood up.

The sudden movement made me dizzy, but I walked down the stairs.

I grabbed my keys and left, heading for my car.

Please be okay..

Please..

SCOTT'S POV

A lot of teenagers hated their job, (if they had one) but I didn't.

Working for Deaton at the vet was pretty neat.

I mean, it's an easy job.

I get paid for stacking medical supplies and helping with the animals.
