"Hey sleeping beauty." Scorpius mutters to a now fully awake Albus.

"How was the studying, you know, with Addison?" Albus asks nervously.

"Well-" Scorpius begins, blushing. A wave a bad emotions went over Albus. Why was Scorpius blushing? "Addison told me about how Jason cheated on her, and she asked me to be her boyfriend! I said yes!" (Im sorry guys) Scorpius says, a great big smile etched upon his face.

"I thought you didn't like her anymore..?" Albus says. He wasn't very happy anymore. He wished he could just live in his dream, where he could be with Scorpius and they could love each other and be happy. But, Albus knew better. Life isn't a fanfiction. (Addison taught him what fanfiction was .) He knew Scorpius would never be there to sweep him off his feet now that he was with Addison.

"Uh, Albus? Did you hear anything I just said?" Scorpius asks, sounding slightly annoyed.

"No. Could you repeat it? I was zoning out, Scorp."

"Well, I was talking about how Addison gave me some tea, cast some spell, and then asked me out. She's such a great person, Al. You should give her a chance" Scorpius says. Albus grows suspicious, but doesn't act upon his suspicions.

"I guess I'll try to. Sorry for being rude about her in the past."

As the weeks went by, Albus heard from Scorpius less and less. He didn't understand what was so special about Addison. Why was she so much better than him? I mean, of course, she had a nice sense of humor, a pretty face, and cared for others. What more could Scorpius ask for in a woman? Albus felt useless.

"What are you doing, Add?" Scorpius asks, scared.
"Well, I can't have you leaving me, can I? You're a filthy faggot! (sorry for the derogatory language) Besides, I need you for my plan.

"Albus, help!" Scorpius screams. When they were in their second year, they found this complex magic that connected two minds, so when one of the people in the connection was in danger, the other person would hear their calls. They've only ever tried to use it twice, and it only worked once.

"Imperio!" Addison yells, putting Scorpius under her control.

"So, Scorpius. Whom do you love?"

"You, Addison. I love you." Scorpius states emotionlessly. His true self was fighting the curse, but it was failing. He was only becoming weaker. He needed Albus.

"And, Scorpius. Who do you despise?"

"Albus Potter. I-" He pauses, trying to defy her control. "I despise Albus Potter."

"And what do we plan to do to Albus Potter?"

"Kill. Kill Albus Potter."

It had been six days since Albus last had conversation with Scorpius, and it really bugged him. Scorpius usually slept in Addisons room, making it to where Albus rarely saw Scorpius. Albus decided to confront them at lunch.

Scorpius and Addison were sitting together, hand in hand. It was disgusting. Addison notices Albus heading towards them. She mutters some spell quietly, and suddenly Scorpius is practically eating her face off. Some Slytherins sitting around them were hollering and making "woop woop" noises, as Addison deepens the disgusting kiss. Scorpius doesn't look like he's enjoying it too much.

Albus comes and sits beside Scorpius, tapping his shoulder.

"What the bloody hell do you want, Potter?" Scorpius spits as he turns to Albus.

"What I w-want is m-my b-best friend b-back." Albus stutters out.

"Well, that's too bad. I'm with Addison, and I'm never leaving her for some faggot (sorry) like you. Get lost, fag," Scorpius disgustingly sneers out. Addison mutters something again, and suddenly everyone at the Slytherin table was screaming derogatory slurs at Albus and telling him to leave. Albus storms out of the Great Hall in tears. He knew something was up with Scorpius, and he wasn't gonna rest until he found out what it was.
