A/N It's been storming pretty bad where I live so here is a oneshot about it lol. I don't own Pokémon sadly so yeh. ;-;
It was a dark stormy night...
Nah nvm. I'll start it off with something other than that.
Jessie lay in her sleeping bag shivering and silently yelping into her pillow. The thunder outside roared and scared the unusually frightened girl.
Jessie had always been afraid of thunderstorms ever since she was a little girl. She remembered being in an orphanage and being alone through the dark, scary nights.
She remembered wanting her mommy, wanting nothing but but to be in her mothers arms. Even though she knew her mother would never come back to her.
Jessie rolled around uncomfortably when suddenly a smooth voice made her freeze.
"Jess, you alright?" James asked as he rolled over to face her. She rolled away from him. "Y-yeah I'm fine..."
Another roar came and caused her to jump and run into James' bag. She hugged him tightly and cried into his chest. He wrapped both of his arms around her and smiled.
"Scared of the storm, eh?" He asked chuckling. She hit him gently in the chest when another wave of roars called out. She held him even tighter (if that was possible) and cried harder.
He sighed and held her close to him. "It's alright Jess, I won't let it hurt you. I promise." He said kissing the top of her head.
She blushed violently and continued to squeeze him. Meowth gazed at the two and chuckled. "Da cwaziest tings can bwing two people togedda. Life willy is stwange."
The TRio eventually fell asleep and the next morning sure was awkward...
That was short. Maybe I should write more. Eh. JohnathenYoungs I'll get to you soon. Don't worry, I didn't forget ;)
