Treacherous as my fate,
My hatred dissipates.
For along with jealousy you have brought,
An ethereal being; customary, I daresay not.
When his long legs stride, it's as if he's walking on air,
The world holds its breath, as they naught but stare.
When his lips curve into a swoon worthy smile,
All at once my heart stops and hurtles a mile.
The flame of his hair, like the blazing Summer sun,
But his complexion soft, like Winter's begun.
His eyes iridescent, like the stars above,
The movement of his figure, as graceful as a dove.
The shifting of his moods as swift as lightning,
The darkening of his features, as addictive as frightening.
The glint in his eyes from emerald to scarlet,
A gift from Mother Earth; Autumn's incarnate.
His brooding gaze whips up a typhoon,
An endowment bequeathed from Mighty Monsoon.
His brawny fists engaged in a war,
As the unyielding tide crashes, as the rambunctious thunder roars.
This tangible angel, this exquisite stranger,
To be compendious: a freak of nature.
His actions defined by a boisterous swagger,
Together we'd re-climb the perfidious social ladder.
My chivalrous knight materializing to rescue his princess,
Scaling a monstrous tower for his damsel in distress.
Finally Queen Bee has reunited with her King,
My warrior, my hero, he's my Prince Charming.
A/N: Her competitor has for once done some good,
Brought a boy, her 'savior' if you would.
So isn't this how a happy story ends?
Nope, you're wrong there're more twists and bends,
Because honey, fairy tales are nothing but pretend.
