I smiled standing up. I hugged the people by me and August. August seen the look in my eyes. He knew I was seconds from breaking down. He offered to come up with me and I accepted it. We walked up the stage and I could hear the screams and yells. I took the award thanking the people who gave it to me.
"Seven awards in one night" I said into the mic
"Its been a long, long, long time since I've been making music, touring, I'm 35"
People cut me off clapping and cheering
"Yanna Family y'all been through everything with me so to just see y'all making things that I didn't think would happen, happen, is unbelievable. So thank yall, I wanna thank my team, my parents, my brother DK and Jesus, August, thank you for coming up here with me. I wanna thank my family"
I closed my eyes trying not to cry when the tears started slipping people still cheered me on.
" I didn't wanna cry, uggghh" I tried stopping the tears but they kept coming
"I wanna thank my kids, they mean the world to me. The freaking world. Tyla, Royalty, who is my daughter I don't care what y'all have to say, Xavier, mama loves y'all" I said looking at the camera, "and Arielle" people screamed
"I know she's been MIA and everyone has been wanting to know what's going on with her." I took a sigh and then broke down
"The last time y'all saw her was the last time I saw her. I don't know if she's okay, I don't know if she's safe. I tried searching for her but no one c-could find her" I sniffed hard as people just looked at me
"That was my first born. She turned 19 a month ago and yall don't even know how ashamed I am to say I didn't get to be with my daughter on her birthday. She had been going through a lot. Her and I had an argument a few days before she left. So Arielle if you watching this please know that I love you beybeh. I love you so much, mama's so sorry." I broke down again and August tried to calm me down
" Everything I do. From day one it was always cause of you. I'm not mad at you I just miss you. You don't have to come home if you're not ready. Just know when you are we'll be ready. Grandmama, daddy, grandpa, uncle Jesus, and DK... Tyla, Xavier, everyone we all waiting beybeh."
I held the peace sign like she always did and then flipped it upside down like her fans would always did.
