I got out the car and Malcom looked at me.
"What's wrong?"
I ignored him checking my car to see what this nigga left open. I opened up the back door then closed it. Front doors, I opened it up and closed it. I stood there thinking then I walked to the trunk. Before I even attempted to open it up the thing was loose.
"Arielle I aint even know" Dwayne said
I slammed the trunk close and was just breathing in and out tryna calm down.
"Maybe it needs a jumpstart?" This lady asked
"That's exactly what it needs, thank you" I said polietly to thr lady
She along with a group of people sat their watching everything go down.
"You wanna jumpstart it?" Dwayne asked
What else do I fuckin do? Im not about to say shit to him cause if I do I knew shit was gonna go down.
"What's goin on?" Nancy asked pulling back up
Fizz parked behind us and I was so annoyed with everything.
"You got a jumpstart Nancy?"
"Ya car outta battery?" I nodded
She walked to Fizz.
"Fizz you got a jumpstart?"
He shook his head.
"Nah what happen her car outta battery?" He nodded
"Yea she needa a jumpstart. Do you know anyone around the area--"
I walked away and asked a few strangers that kept looking at me.
All of them said no. All of them were no help. Why were they standing outside doing nothing but making assumptions as to what was wrong. It was annoying me.
"Why the fuck these people standin' out hea?" She asked
"Cause white people are nosy" Malcom joked
Dwayne laughed as I sat on the side walk. Why the fuck was he laughing. I looked at him clenching my jaws.
"Maybe the car needs gas you know this happened to my father in law"
"Kim!" I looked at Nancy and she signaled for me to go to Fizz
I stood up and went to his side. He put the window down and I hunched down.
"I talked to Drew and Raquel they dont got a jumpstart."
I sighed, "But Geo does"

"You want me to make the call" i stood straight and shook my head walking away. I didn't want his help.
Fizz got out the car and Nancy got in.
"I don't think you got a choice" he said following me
I opened my car door and pulled my wallet out.
"I'll just call AAA" he shrugged
I reached in looking for the card and then I noticed no money in the wallet.
"You gotta be fuckin kidding me." I mumbled
I closed the door and just locked it up putting my head on the steering wheel.
Im tired.
