7 Hours Later.................................
When I woke up my back ached. I slowly sat up and noticed my stomach had gotten bigger. I took a shower and got dressed. My stomach rumbled.
"Food here I come." I said to myself as I made my way to the kitchen.
"Morning." Sara said as she got closer to my belly. "Hello there!" She said happily to my bump. "Oh honey, you must be starving. Come on, sit down. We need to fatten you up."
I laughed. I was hungry. "Don't fatten me up to much." I said to her wholesaling a seat. Suddenly I remembered my dream. "Hey Sara, did you ever have a dream that later on became real?" I asked her.
She froze and turned around with wide smile on her face. "You mean like a premonition." She said as she took a seat across from me.
"Well, I had a dream that I got pregnant and now I am. And I had a dream that later on in life I had a little girl and the hunters got to her before I could stop them." I said feeling as though it was all real.
"Well honey, sometimes people have those dreams. Sometimes they become real and sometimes they don't. Have you had this dream more than once?"
I nodded. "Well, it's more like parts of one big dream. Like one night I had a dream I was pregnant. Then I was pregnant again. Then those 2 babies were kids. Then my little girl was killed when I was pregnant with my third baby."
She nodded as though she understood. "So they all connect to one. Well, if it were me I would take those dreams as the real thing. You see, when I was pregnant with Elizabeth I had a dream she would die. I thought it was just a dream but it did turn real. During that time I also dreamed that their father would die too. And he did, shortly after Elizabeth. When we found out about her he lost it. He didn't want to eat. He didn't want to sleep. He was blank and because of him being blank he died because of starvation. I tried to get him to eat something. Anything but he wouldn't budge. So I would take those dreams as warnings."
"I just feel like I'm going crazy. It's like as soon as I go to sleep I wake up again but when I wake up I'm in some other time or place." I explained.
"I don't think your crazy. I think this is happening to you so you can prevent it from happening. Save your little girl. I just hope when it happens you'll get there in time to stop it." She said as she handed me a bowl of cereal and milk.
I began eating it. "I hope so too."
Once I finished eating my breakfast I went out for a walk. When I reached Hailey and Aaron's place I knocked on the door. "Who is it?" Hailey yelled.
"It's me, Lana. Can I come in?" I asked while waiting outside.
She peeked threw though the door. "Oh, hey. Um, can you give me a minute." She said as she closed the door in face.
The house was small but decent. I don't know how I missed it. I ran passed here several times. I took a seat on the swing. I knew what a minute was for her.
As I sat there I recognize the area. This is where I saw Lucian and Maddox playing. And Luna. Not far from here is where she died.
"So what's up?" Hailey asked from behind me.
"Oh, I just decided to visit sense I haven't been able to lately." I said awkwardly.
"Who is it?" Aaron asked from somewhere in the house.
"It's Lana." Hailey yelled back. "Come on in."
Once I walked in the house grew. It looked so much bigger from the inside. Hard wood floors, baby blue walls with black trimming and in the kitchen was dark blue tiles.
"Wow. This is beautiful." I said as I walked in.
"Thanks. I painted it." She whispered.
I snickered. I could tell. She's the only person I know that paints in upward strokes. It looked amazing though.
"Hey. What brings you here?" Aaron asked in his boxers.
"Aaron put on some pants." Hailey said Aaron.
His face looked confused. "Why?"
"Just put them on."
He shook his head. "No way, babe. This is my house and Ima walk around in it however I please." He said as he sat down on a black sofa.
I wanted to laugh. He did have a point. I could tell Hailey was getting irritated by the way she looked at him.
"So. What's up?" He asked.
"Um, nothing. Just wanted to check on you guys." I said awkwardly as Hailey and I took a seat.
"How have you been doing?" Hailey asked with a smile.
Something felt wrong. I knew she was hiding something. I squinted my eyes at her.
"What?" She asked still smiling.
"Why are you soooooo happy?" I asked suspiciously.
Aaron smiled. "You didn't tell her?" He whispered to Hailey.
She shook her head. "OK, Lana I have something to tell you." She said with a wide grin. She breathed deeply. "OK. I'm pregnant too."
I has happy for her. Don't get me wrong but my reaction was a bit shocking. I completely froze. Wide eyed and a fake smile. "Yeah, that's great." I said.
Her grin faded. "Are you not happy for me?" She asked with a frown.
"No, no, I'm happy for you it's just a bit shocking. That's all." I said to her.
Her smile returned. "Oh, thank god!" She exclaimed. "That's good. I thought you weren't going to be happy."
"Well, it's the season." I said.
They both laughed. "Well, we wanted to tell you and Brandon and mom but we can't seem to get you guys together so there it is. Oh, but we still have to tell them so keep it a secret for now." Aaron said happily.
"When are you going to tell them?" I asked.
"I don't know. I haven't thought about that yet." Hailey admitted.
"Well, how about dinner? I'm mean fourth of July is two days from now so tell them over dinner." I said.
"OK, that's a good idea." Aaron commented.
"Yeah. We'll tell them that night." Hailey said happily.
I nodded. "Yep, well, congrats." I said to them both. "It's a boy." I said to her.
"How do you know? I haven't even started showing." Hailey asked looking at me.
"I just know." I said with a smile.
She was smiling at the idea of a boy. "Alright well, I'll see you guys at dinner." I said as I hugged Hailey and waved 'good bye'.
