I was back at the fortune tellers, even though I went there like, 5 days ago. And right now I was gripping my hair and Jasmine sighing and shaking my head.
"This is strange." I roll my eyes. "Well, I don't. C'mon Jasmine, get over that you're fortune telling thing does not work on me. MY SIGNS AREN'T MATCHING ME!"
Jasmine sighs. "You're becoming more like a cancer Cheyanne. Except when you're mad then you act all scary." I grin, then scowl. "Stop changing the subject, if you were. It's been three years, get over it."
She lifts an eyebrow. "Just be lucky Emmy isn't here." I exaggerate my sigh and nod. "Thank goodness." I look around and find one of her tarot cards. "Hm," I begin while glancing at each card. "Is their any cards that you don't want?" Jasmine shakes her head. "Nope."
I frown. "Well, check for me?" She sighs and nods, and gets out one of her boxes. We were in the fortune telling room if you didn't notice. Jasmine grins. "Just your luck. I have this pack that I don't use anymore." I grin and she hands them to me.
The tarot cards were slightly damaged, but it looked perfect. "Thank you."
Jasmine nods. "Anyway, why are you, instead of doing homework or hanging out with Emmy and Lucy?" I shrug. "Coming here is more fun." She laughs. "Why thank you."
Touching the tarot cards, I look up. "Where'd you get this?" Jasmine waves a hands. "Oh, at a thrift shop." I grin and read one if the cards, which had an angel with a lion on it. The card had the word, "strength" on it.
"These are so cool." Jasmine nods. "Well, they are cards." I laugh.

Days past, and it was the same old boring routine. Well, was.
Emmy is literally trying to make me become closer with Bryan, thinking she's a match maker. The only match she makes is by using an actual match. It was not fun.
But, I did learn that his secret was that he has cancer, so there was at least one thing good about this.
So, I'm at Bryan's support group, with the leader droning on and on about the difficulties of having cancer. Yet I don't have cancer. So, it's just awkward.
"Now, Bryan, who is this wonderful young lady here?"
I perk up and look around the recreation room, with all eyes on me. Shoot. "Well Mark, this is Cheyanne, Emmy's best friend."
Mark, smiles and nods. "Well hello there Cheyanne." He sticks his hand out as if I were to shake it. Which I had to. I shook his hand awkwardly.
"Well, today we're working on about fear. What fears you the most Cheyanne?" I had no clue on what to say. Just make something up!
But then he'd like to get more specific. Just tell the truth, I guess.
I sigh. "Um, I fear that one day everything will be different, or that one mistake I make will change everything."
What a great way to make yourself one of those people who ovethink too much. But Mark didn't think so. Or the rest of the people. Even Bryan.
He nods. "Cheyanne is right Mark." My eyes widen. "When I wake up everyday to realizing I have cancer, I think that something will happen and change everything." The patients who have some type of cancer nod.
"That was a nice answer there Cheyanne. Thank you." I nod and we stand up to leave. I find Bryan talking to girl. Bryan peers over the girls shoulder and find me staring. "Hey Mikayla, be right back."
Mikayla nods and Bryan walks over to me. "Cheyanne, why don't you meet Mikayla? She's one of the patients here." I nod slowly and he leads me over to the brunette.
She was pretty, up close. Wavy brown hair, tan skin, and blue eyes. She could pass by as a model! "Hi! As Bryan told you, I'm Mikayla. And you must be Cheyanne! Bryan as told me so much about you!"
Bryan glares at Mikayla and smack her. "Shut up." he mutters. I laugh a little and Mikayla rolls her eyes. "Oh whatever. Anyway, I need to go now, see you!"
We wave as she leaves. "Well, she was nice." I state. "Yup. And annoying." I smile. "So, let's go?" I nod.

I was in my room, just reading until both Emmy and Lucy barge in. "WE NEED TO KNOW ALL THE DEETS." Was the first thing they say/shout to me.
Wincing, I glare at them. "First of all, calm down. Second, shut up you won't get all of my 'deets'." Both girls huff and frown. "C'mon, please?" Shaking my head, they groan. "Pleaaase?"
I shake my head. "Fine. We'll ask Bryan then." I shrug. "Like I so care." Emmy and Lucy stick their tongues out and leave. I sigh and continue to read, only a few second later my phone rings.
Groaning, I pick up the call. "Hello?" I ask.
"Hey."
Bryan was calling. "Oh, hey. Didn't I see you like, an hour ago?" I say. He laughs. "Yeah, you did." I nod. "Well, just saying, Emmy and my other friend Lucy are coming over to your house."
He scoffs. "Yeah rig- be right back. Someone rang the door." I laugh and hear shuffling then voices. "Hi Bryan. So, want to tell me about the support group?"
I heard Emmy ask. Bryan laughs. "Hm, no." I hear one of my friends huff. "Please? Cheyanne won't tell us." Lucy.
I roll my eyes. "No sorry Lucy." "How do you know my name? Oh well, whatever. Who you calling? Is it Cheyanne?"
Someone coughs, which could be Bryan. "Um, it's better if you- wait!"
"Hello person, or Cheyanne!"
My eyes widen. I cough. "Um, hello." I say in a deep voice. "Cheyanne! It's you!" I groan. Dang it. "Oh, um hi." I mutter. "I cannot believe that you're calling him! You know, we need to-hey!"
I heard muffling and then sighing. "Sorry about that." Bryan says. "It's ok. They're like that. A lot." He laughs. "Well, see you soon, you know if you want to hang out if you want." I smile a bit. "Sure, that'd be great."
"And also, I kind've kicked your friends out."
"It's ok."
"So, bye."
"Bye."
A/N I am so sorry this is short, if it was. And, another update yay! Can we get up to 5 votes please? If I do I'll make a long chapter for you guys! Thanks for all the support!
