Last Day

Avery's POV
5:00 AM. I can't believe it's the last day of Magcon. It all went by so fast. I was in the bathroom straightening my hair when I heard Shawn say "We need to leave soon, babe!" I guess half up my hair will be frizzy. I don't want to look like a mess, so I just put it up in a messy bun. It's not like I have to look good, I'm about to be on a long flight.

I stuff my straightener into my suitcase and check the room to see if I left anything. "Avs, let's go!" Shawn yelled. And with that said, I rushed out the door. I met up with Shawn at the doorway. I greeted him with a kiss on the cheek and a "good morning".

He put his arm around me and we rolled our suitcases down the long hallway towards the elevator. We saw Cameron and Angie holding hands coming down the other way. "I see your date went well...", I said.  Angie replied, " I guess you can say that." She hugged Cam tightly. With meeting Cam this week, we have a very good relationship already. It's like we have the connection that takes siblings years to have. We all get on the elevator and we hop off when it reaches the bottom and meet with everyone else. I look around and see everyone groggy and just ready to go back to sleep. I was wondering where she and Claire were. When I woke up, they already left. I see Kylie yawn and Jack G pats her back. "Good morning, Ky. You ready to head back home?", I asked. "Yes, I just need to sleep right now though," Kylie said. "I hope you realize tomorrow is my birthday. I will be 17 years of age," I whispered in her ear. Her eyes went big. I wasn't expecting her to remember because everything was so frantic with Magcon and everything. All she did was nod her head and smile wider. That means she will be doing something tomorrow. Great.

We arrive at the airport and get our boarding tickets. After we drop of our luggage, we go to our gate since it was close to takeoff. This is it. We are saying goodbye to everyone right now, since everyone has to split up to go home. I spend the most time saying goodbye to Cam. "Hey, don't worry! We will get together soon, Cam. You don't even know how much I'll miss you. I'll call and text you like literally every day," I said to him. "Love you, Avery. Call me when you get off the plane," Cam responded. Shawn tapped me from behind and warned me that we need to get on the plane. I hug Cameron and the others and wave goodbye. "Thanks for everything, Shawn. You've become such a big part of my life. I mean I wouldn't have met my twin brother without you," I told him. "That was such a coincidence! Who knew Cam would be your twin brother? That's absolutely crazy," Shawn and I both laughed. Claire and Kylie had to sit in the front of the plane while Shawn and I are in the back near the bathroom. We takeoff and as the ground disappears, I start to drift off.

We arrive back in Raleigh and get off the plane. We meet up with Claire and Kylie and grab our luggage and get the hell out of this airport. I don't want to see another suitcase right now. I just want to sleep. We arrived around 1 PM and we were all looking forward to sleeping in our own beds. Shawn dropped Kylie and Claire off at their houses. When we get to my house, we exchange kisses and "I love you's" and I got out the car. My mom's at work right now, so I just hopped in my bed and went back to sleep.

Wow, it had been a long time since I've posted. I needed to end this story sooner or later, so the next chapter will be the last of this story. But...
I WILL BE WRITING ANOTHER STORY!
I can't wait to start this new story and I'm very excited to share with y'all. I'm thinking it will have 15 parts.
