I walk into the door, seeing everyone sitting in Mal and Evie's room. They were all doing different things, Carlos still with that dog from earlier.
"We can do it. Together." Jay says, looking at everyone.
"Because were,"
"Rotten to the core." They all say.
Once Evie was done talking, I slammed the door shut, smiling down at the sickly evil like. "Hey there friends. What's going on here?"
They open there mouth all of them surprised that I actually came to visit. There was then a knock, Mal telling Evie to hold that thought. I walk towards the others, turning around and sitting down on the couch thing. My hat tipped a little, my eyes glaring into slits.
Mal opened the door, revealing Ben and asking us how it was going.
"Terrible." I mumble, Evie looking back at me.
After Evie giving me the look Mal tricked Ben into telling her with what was going on. She smiled, saying a thank you and closing the door. She turned around, smiling at all of us.
"I think it's time that Benny bo gets a new girl friend."
I laughed, hitting my knee while I pointed at Mal. "You think that," I take a breath in, "that Ben would."
"Stop talking Avery." Evie says, looking back at me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I sigh, standing sitting on the counter where Evie and Mal were making the cookies. I look at Carlos, tilting my head slightly that feeling coming again that I didn't understand, well all of us didn't understand.
"There you are Mal." A girl said, walking in while Mal covered her spell book. "All the girls want you to do there hair."
Mal laughed nervously, with Evie making a weird face.
"Midnight snack huh?" The girl asked, looking at the bowl. "Whatcha guys makin?"
"Oh, just cookies." While Mal said that, the girl took some of the dough all of us launching forward with a no.
"What? I'm not going to double dip."
"Do you feel anything?" Evie asks her, trying to stay calm.
"Yeah. Is it missing anything?" Mal played along.
Jay went forward, playing 'am I sexy' thing while the girl just stood there, staring at him oddly.
"Could just us some chips." She says, walking towards the freezer and grabbing small brown things. She walked back, dipping some in the bowl all of us staring down at it. "Wait, didn't your mom ever make chocolate chip cookies? Like when your feeling sad. And there fresh from the oven and she makes you laugh. Put everything into perspective." I swallow, looking down at the ground then her, my throat bobbing up and down. "Why are all of you looking at me like that?"
"It's just different where we're from."
"Yeah I know but I just thought that even villains love there kids." She said, making all us even more sad. "How awful." She said, after looking at each and everyone of us, with a tear flowing down her face.
Mal saw it, quickly wiping it away and putting it in with the dough. "Yeah well. Big bummer but we have to put these in the oven and thank you very, very much for helping us." Mal said, dragging her out of the kitchen.
"See you tomorrow!"
Ever since that, Mal gave us orders, Carlos and I just staying were we're at. I sniff, still sad about what she said.
