Family Dinner

Wendy: *sitting on a couch inside the Hamato manor with Leo and the rest of the Hamat Family, the Punk Family, and the Swag Family combined, nervously tapping her foot* Do we really have to do this?

Leo: Why can't we? I thought you were starting to like Oliver?

Wendy: I am but I don't think our entire family having dinner with his entire family is a good idea.

Leo: Oh it'll be fine. Klaus and I have been friends for a long time and it wouldn't hurt for you to meet the rest of the Goldsteins.

Wendy: *sighs and slumps in her seat*

Kyle: *sitting next to Wendy* What's so bad about the Goldsteins, Aunt Wendy?

Wendy: *sits up* Nothing's bad about them, Kyle. When you get married and you have to meet your fiancee's family, you'll feel the same way I do right now.

Kyle: *raises an eyebrow and looks past Wendy to Leo* When will I get married Uncle Leo?

Leo: *laughs lightly and sips his drink* Not for a long time if your mom has anything to do with it.

Kyle: *huffs in annoyance and looks behind the couch at the crowd* Mom! Dad! I wanna marry Terrance from school!

Blue: *yells from within the crowd* Leo stop talking to my son!

Leo: *laughs*

-a knock from the front door echoes throughout the house-

Wendy: *quickly stands up* I'll get it! *runs to the front door and opens it, smiling at Oliver* Hey.

Oliver: *smiles and kisses her cheek* Hey babe. You ready to rock this family dinner?

Wendy: *laughs nervously* Not exactly. Where's your family? *looks around the front yard*

Oliver: *chuckles softly* They're getting out of the limo. They'll be here in a second.

Wendy: *smirks* Perfect. *grabs the collar of his shirt and pulls him down to her level, kissing his lips*

Oliver: *surprised but kisses back, wrapping his arms around her waist*

Wendy: *pulls away and smiles at him*

Oliver: *smirks* You sneaky little devil.

Wendy: *lets go of his shirt and leans against the doorway* You know you love me. *looks past him and sees a small group of people walking up the walkway* Looks like your family's here.

Oliver: *looks behind him and smiles* Seems like it. Wendy, *lets a woman walk past him so she was in front of Wendy* this is my mom.

Wendy: *smiles at her* Nice to meet you Mrs. Goldstein.

Asana: *smiles at her and gently grabs her hand, shaking it lightly* Oh darling just call me Asana, we are going to be family afterall. *walks inside*

Klaus: *follows behind Asana,smiling softly at Wendy* Nice to see you again Wendy.

Wendy: You too sir. *looks back at Oliver and the three other people behind him* And you three are?

Daniel: *pushes past Oliver and smirks at Wendy, grabbing her hand and kissing it* Name's Daniel, hot stuff~ *winks*

Wendy: *uncomfortable* Ehm...

Aria: *grabs Daniel by the back of his shirt and pulls him away from Wendy* Will you knock that off, she's marrying our brother.

Daniel: *pouts* You're no fun.

Aria: *offers Wendy her hand* Aria Goldstein, I'm Oliver's little sister.

Wendy: *takes her hand and shakes it* Nice to meet you.

Artemis: *tightly hugs Wendy* I'm Artemis! I'm his slightly older little sister.

Wendy: *smiles nervously and hesitantly hugs her* It's a pleasure to meet all three of you. *pulls away from Artemis and steps aside so they can go into the house* Please come in,you can meet the rest of my family.

Artemis: Yay! Party! *runs in*

Daniel: There better be hot chicks in here. *walks in behind her*

Aria: *to Wendy* Don't mind him. *walks inside*

Oliver: *chuckles nervously* Yep, that's my family. I hope they're not too much for you.

Wendy: *laughs* Oh please, you haven't even met my family yet.

Oliver: *smirks* Well then, *offers his hand to her* shall we go see them?

Wendy: *smiles and takes his hand* We shall. *walks inside with him*

Emily: *shyly walks up to Oliver and Wendy, looking up at Oliver* Are you the one marrying my auntie?

Oliver: *smiles down at her* That's me. What's your name?

Wendy: *picks up Emily and kisses her cheek* This michevious five year old is my niece, Emily. Say 'hi' Emily.

Emily: *smiles at Oliver and waves her small hand at him* Hi!

Oliver: *laughs lightly* It's nice to meet you Emily.

Nari: *peeks out of the kitchen* Wendy! Could you come and help in the kitchen?!

Wendy: Be there in a second! *sets Emily down and smiles when she scurries away* Okay Oliver, I'm gonna leave you to go and meet the rest of my family. I'll be in the kitchen if you need me, okay?

Oliver: *smiles at her* Okay babe. I'll see you later. *kisses her cheek and watches her walk away before going into the living room where the rest of the family is*

Rebel: There's the man of the hour! *pulls Oliver into a small circle of Hamato men*

Oliver: Yipe! *looks at the men* Um...hi?

Swift: So you're the guy that's going to marry our lucky little Wendy? *sips his glass of whiskey and smirks at Oliver*

Oliver: *suddenly really nervous* Y-yeah. But I would consider myself the lucky one.

Swift: *smiles* This kid's smart, I like him. *punches his arm* Welcome to the family Oliver.

Oliver: *winces and rubs his arm, smiling nervously* Thank you sir.

Rebel: *puts an arm around Oliver's shoulder* Don't worry about Swift, he's just a little rough around the edges. The rest of us are happy that our Wendy is marrying you.

Orange: Yeah. If she wasn't marrying you then she probably would've refused every guy that tried to date her like she did when she was in high school.

Purple: Well there was that one guy. *takes a drink from his beer*

Rebel: Oh God don't bring up that deadbeat.

Oliver: Wait, guy? What guy?

Swift: *scoffs and chugs the rest of his drink before setting down his glass* Some douchebag named Shade. He-
