"Guys! They're both here!" Clary announced to Izzy and Jace.

"By the angel!" Izzy said, "Alec, you're ok!"

Magnus, Beth and I had just portaled to the institute and almost immediately, Izzy had attacked me with a hug. She nearly pushed me over. She had a big smile on her face and Jace did the same.

"Thank god you're ok." Jace said with relief.

"Yeah, I'm good. We need to get this to Camille so this can all be over." I said with the glass that I had disguised as the mortal cup in my hand.

"Wait.. is that the cup!?" Jace and Izzy said simultaneously. "And you're giving it to Camille!?"

"No, Alexander put a glamour on a wine glass. Camille wanted me to get her the cup. If I didn't do it she would have killed Alexander."

"What about when she tries to use it? She'll realize it's not real. She'll probably kill more than just Alec at that point." Izzy said.

"We'll just have to fight our way out. Hopefully we can capture her and send her to Idris. She's broken the accords several time so the Clave will deal with her." I explained.

Jace thought the plan over. He said, "I'm coming too. There could be too many vamps for the two of you to handle."

"No. I don't want any of you getting hurt. Besides, this is our problem. Not yours. We need to fix it."

"Alec. Your problem is my problem. Your my brother. My parabati."

"Fine," I said reluctantly. "Everyone who is coming, get your gear. We leave in ten."

I sat down in the nearest chair. I'm so stressed right now. I just want this all to be over. I should have killed Camille when I had the chance.

Magnus came over to me and put a comforting hand on my shoulder.
He said, "I wish this would end too."
I don't know how but he always knows what I'm thinking. He always knows how to make it better.

"It's my fault. It's my fault we're still in this mess. I had a chance to kill her. I could've ended this. We could be back to our normal lives by now."
"Alexander this is not your fault. Neither of us could have stopped this. Don't beat yourself up. We are going to fix this okay?"

Before Alec could respond he was interrupted by the ring tone on his phone. He pulled his phone from the back pocket of his black jeans.
"It's an unknown number." He said with a worried look.

He cautiously answered it. A women's voice was on the other end.

Camille

"I gave you a 24 hour time limit. You have an hour left. Meet me by the lake in central park for the exchange. Give me the cup and I'll leave you alone. If you don't show up you will regret it." She hung up before he could respond.

"Who was it, darling?"

Everyone was geared up and gathered around Alec and Magnus all waiting for information. Alec told them all what Camille said. Once he finished, he looked around at everyone but noticed something.

"Um... Where's Clary?"

Everyone looked around but didn't see her. Jace looked the most worried out of everyone in the group. that was to be expected. She was his girlfriend after all.

Alec told everyone where to look. " ill look outside. Iz you check the bathrooms Jace check her room magnus you can try to track her. Ill look outside."

Izzy had no luck finding her. She wasn't in her room and for some reason Magnus couldnt track her. Alec had a different kind of luck.

ALEC POV

I took out my bow just in case there was a threat. I heard some kind of muffled noise coming from the trees.

"Clary?"

I swear this girl is  constantly getting on my nerves

"ALEC! HELP!"

I followed her voice until I found her. She was being taken away by someone. He was most likely one of Camille's followers. I tried to run after her my they both sped off out of sight.

A/N: Sorry this one was so short. I'll try to get another chapter out tomorrow on my computer so there won't be as many typos.
