(Song has nothing to do with the chapter. It's just really cool!)
Nightmare POV: Y/n is acting like Error did earlier. Maybe she knew what to do because she has had to go THROUGH it! Oh Y/n... why didn't you tell me... I try to think of a pun... ANY pun... but my concern for Y/n has me in a very un-funny state of mind. I decide to hold her in my arms and stroke her beautiful h/c hair. It has grown quite a bit since she first got here. I feel her negativity, her FEAR. It's like a heavy blanket covering both of us. I don't know what to do, or how to help. I feel... usless.. powerless to stop this. I WANT to stop this. I want to HELP her. HOW do I help her. I start to panic as I hear a weak voice
" Ni...g..ht...m...ar...e... m-my... ... ..."
"Y/n?! Y/n it's okay! I'm here! I've got you! You don't need to be afraid I'm here!"
"M.....m-m...y..." She's trying to help me help her!
"What is it Y/n?"
"m...m....m-my... m...me...me...m-med..." Is she trying to say... medicine?
"Y/n your saying 'medicine' right?"
"Y....y....y-yes..."
"Okay hold on!" I take her out from under the bed and lay her on her bed. She curls into a ball again, still shaking as I look for the appropriate box. I finally find it when Error returns with Cross and F/n.
"What's going on?! Is she okay?!!" Cross almost shouts. He's worried about his 'sister'
"I'm looking for something she asked for. Cross I need you to try and comfort Y/n. F/n and Error help me look through this box." I have switched from concerned to commanding very quickly, but my tone softens majorly when I ask Y/n
"Y/n? Do you know which medicine you need?"
"c...c-cl...clon...aze...pam..." I search through the box of pill bottles, there aren't many that have medicine in them, but there are multiple empty bottles that make this more difficult. Finally I find the correct medicine with a couple pills left.
"Error get some water or something. Y/n how many do you need?" I open the container and she weakly responds.
"t...t..t-two..." I pour two, greenish blue, circular pills into my hand, and Error returns with a glass of water. Me and Cross help her sit up and take the medicine, then we wait until it starts working... She clings onto me and Cross tightly which makes me conflicted. I want her to stop suffering, but at the same time... holding her in my arms... UGH I'M A TWISTED FREAK! The one I love is in severe emotional, and maybe physical pain, and I'm thinking of the pleasure I get from holding her?! Comforting her?! I don't deserve someone like her in my life. She's an angel... and I'm... I'm a psychopath.
She isn't getting any better. I can tell all of us are trying to figure out a way to help faster, or at least relief some of her suffering. I... don't know what to do... I can't help but feel like... like this is my fault. Suddenly a soul... MY soul starts floating in the air right in front of me and her. I try to conceal it back in my body, until I notice her shaking has died down, and her breathing has slowed. Is it the medicine or... I make my soul drift farther away and she starts shuddering again. Then I bring it closer to us and she calms down again. I bring my soul as close to her as I can and she seems to slightly drift off... I hold her close, keeping both me and my soul as close as I can. Soon she is completely relaxed, eyes closed but not asleep. She wraps her arms around mine and leans her head into my chest. Everyone lets out a sigh of relief upon seeing her calmed. I guess... I have a Soothing Soul.
(Sorry it's short, but my brain is worn out...)
