Hi guys! I would really appreciate it if you read this and the next chapter before giving up on me if you feel like it. Bye!

Queen Glacier slammed into moon pummeling her to the ground. Winter watched as the scene silently killed him, but he couldn't move; he couldn't speak; he could only sit and watch Moon die in front of him. Queen Glacier scratched her, and bit her, covering her with scratches and wounds in mere seconds. Moon took to the air trying to escape but the ferocious queen dashed after her. A mile in the air queen Glacier caught her.

"No nightwing." She said in a frightful and regal voice. "And I mean no nightwing goes out with one of my people and gets away with it." She shoved moon toward the ground as moon was knocked out beating her wings to drive her to the ground. 20 feet before they were going to hit the ground she let go and flew up into the falling twilight. Moon slammed to the ground right in front of winter his face contorted with pain of the highest level.

"NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!" Shouted Winter falling to the ground and reaching for her.

"This is what you get for crossing with a nightwing." queen Glacier said to his sobbing shaking form. "You went behind your tribes back, you went out with a nightwing! You are no first ranking dragonet. You are no icewing." She said turning around and flying towards the ice palace. Winter didn't even look like he heard her.

"Moon." he said in a weak voice crawling up to her mangled body in the blood soaked snow. Winter grabbed her hand.

"Moon. I...I.I.I." Winter said looking down at her face tears falling onto her face.

"Don't leave me." He said staring at her closed eyes. He felt her racing pulse starting to trickle away down to a very faint thumps that came slower every minute.

"Let me help you." said a voice behind him. Winter turned. It was Hail.

"We may not be getting married but let me help you get this nightwing to a doctor."

Winter nodded quickly and they started picking up moon to carry her over the many snowy hills under the northern lights
