The Spanish alphabet is, of course, different from the English one. This chapter will hopefully help you with pronunciation.
With the English alphabet, a is spelled 'a', z is 'z' and m is 'm'. But in Spanish, it's not that simple.
Here are the alphabet letters as they are spelled in Spanish:
a = a
b = be
c = ce
ch = che
d = de
e = e
f = efe
g = ge
h = hache
i = i
j = jota
k = ka
l = ele
ll = eye
m = eme
n = ene
ñ = eñe
o = o
p = pe
q = cu
r = ere
rr = erre
s = ese
t = te
u = u
v = ve
w = doble ve
x = equis
y = i griega
z = zetaJust to clarify, if you were to spell the letter 't' in Spanish, you would write 'te', not 't'.
