"Jack, breakfast's ready!" called Sandra. She and Kate were sitting at the dinning table, eating.
"Okay!" Jack put the last of his clothes into his wardrobe. He walked to his door but stopped at his window. There was a house next to his. An old man was sitting on the porch, drinking his tea. The door of the house burst open and out came a boy who seemed to be the same age as Jack. He was carrying what looks to be garbage bags. He went to the trash can and dumped it. Jack had not seen him when he was leaving here when he was a kid, except the old man. The boy must be his grandchild.
Jack took his towel and went into the bathroom.°Skip Time°
Jack came down the stairs in his blue jeans, white shirt and black jacket. He took his seat next to Kate and started eating his pancake.
"Oh I see you made it," said Sandra walking in. "I already told the principle you would start schooling, so he said you are good to go now."
"Really?" asked Jack. "You did that in one day."
"The principle's my high school teacher, so he'd do anything for me."
Sandra started to put some cupcakes in the lunch box.
"No thanks, I think I'll just buy from the school," Jack stopped her.
"These aren't yours, silly," Sandra laughed as she put it in the bag.
Jack raised an eyebrow. "Then whose are these?"
"Old man Cranky," said Kate.
"Kate, don't call him that," scolded Sandra. "It's Mr Rider."
"Who is he?" asked Jack.
"He's our neighbour, you remember him, right?"
Jack nodded, "Yeah I think so." Then he remembered the boy he saw. "Does he have a grandson?"
"Yes," said Sandra. "He moved in five years ago."
"Anyway, I should go now," Jack stood up from the table.
"Okay bye," said Kate and Sandra in unison.
"Bye." Jack came out of the house and went down the four steps. He came out of the gate. A soccer ball came straight at Jack.
"Hey watch out!" Jack saw the ball coming and ducked. "I am so sorry." Jack got up and looked to his side, the neighbour boy came running to him.
Jack picked up the soccer ball. "It's alright." He handed the ball him.
"Thanks. Are you new here or something?"
"Huh yeah, I just moved in, my sister lives here."
"Oh okay. I live here with my grandparents. My name's Eugene Fitzherbert, you can just call me Flynn Rider."
"Well then, my name's Jackson Overland, you can just call me Jack Frost."
Flynn nodded and smiled, he gave his hand to Jack. "Please to meet you."
Jack took his hand. "Please to meet you too."
"So where are you heading?" asked Flynn. "Oh sorry, its none of my business."
Jack shook his head. "No it's okay; I'm actually going to school."
"Really?" asked Flynn, raising an eyebrow. "Which school?"
"I think it's called Struck High."
Flynn's eyes widen. "I'm also schooling there."
"That's great."
