💛Chapter 5💛Carol's POV💛

After everything calmed down,I went back to washing my laundry sitting there sobbing to myself. I felt as if someone was watching me. I turned around to see Daryl standing there just staring at me. He sat down beside me when I noticed him there. I'm sorry bout all that but I don't like when a man puts his hands on a woman like that. " Does he do that often " Daryl asked. Yes everyday of the 10 years we've been married." I don't believe he'll do it anymore " said Daryl. I had finished up the laundry and we walked back to camp. Lori and some of the other women there had cooked up the fish Daryl caught. I made me an Sophia a plate and sat around the fire with the others Ed stayed in the tent, he was to embarrassed of how messed up his face was. After we finished eating we heard a groans coming from my tent and out of the woods came about 30 walkers. Rick grabbed Lori and there son Carl, Daryl ran over to were Sophia and I were standing he told us to stay behind him and make our way towards his truck. We finally made it to the truck I threw Sophia and me inside and watched the horror outside. Rick, Daryl, Shane and the other men killed off the rest of the walkers. We lost 4 people at camp including Ed but I was kinda happy....
