After Daryl and I talked for awhile I decided to go and get some rest, We would be busy tomorrow. I grabbed his hand an thanked him for just sitting an talking with me, that I hadn't ever confided my problems to anybody. That morning Daryl woke me up and told me to come with him, so I got up and put my boots on, and followed him out the door. We walked out an into the woods he told me to stand their an shut my eyes. I had no idea what this man was up to, I could hear him a couple feet behind me doing something. He stood in front of me holding out another crossbow similar to his. I asked what it was for " I found it when we stopped the other day an thought of teaching you how to shoot, I mean if ya want " Daryl said. " Umm sure I would love to learn I mean it's quieter than this damn gun, and I ain't that good with it anyways " I replied. I picked up the crossbow and walked over to Daryl he help me put the arrow in an pull it back, he stood behind me and showed me how to hold it. We were standing so close an his arms was wrapped around me helping me hold the bow. I wasn't even paying attention to what he was teaching me, My mind was only thinking about how close he was to me an how much I liked him. " Carol did you hear what I said ". Yea I heard you, I pulled the crossbow tight against my shoulder and aimed it at the target he set up, and pulled the trigger.

I looked an realized I hit the target dead on. I walked over to him and gave him a kiss on the cheek, That's what happens when you got a good teacher.💙
