When morning rolled around I woke Sophia up, and walked outside to see if the other women needed help making breakfast. I seen Lori and Andrea making biscuits we talked for awhile, about what life and work used to be like. I seen everybody but the one I wanted to see, Daryl. I asked were he was, " He went out on a hunt this morning I sent him to gather as much food as possible "Replies Rick. We're leaving here tomorrow morning it ain't safe here no more. Where we heading I asked, " Don't know for sure but we know the big cities were refugee camps were are gone ". It was getting later in the evening Carl and Sophia were playing tag, While me and Lori open up some cans of food to heat over the fire for dinner. I looked over to the woods watching for Daryl to make it back safely. 30 or so minutes later Daryl he had a deer, and 5 squirrels, Lori and I rushed over to grab the food from him. We were having dinner when Rick stood up and told us we were heading north and that we would be on the road for awhile. " Theirs only 8 of us now so Shane you and Glenn will be in your truck, Daryl I want you to take care of Sophia and Carol y'all can take your ford, and Lori, Carl & I will take the SUV over there ".
