Laila
He was creeping me the fuck out. His stare was intense as if he was searching for something. Wonder what he's searching for.

My senses was on a high something just didn't feel right. Out of all the tables in the lunchroom he had decided to sit at this one and just stare at me. Like come on.

First of all I don't even sit at a table in the front I sit all the way in the back in a nice little corner where I try my best not to be seen, so how did he see me.

"I'm Tyrone, and you are?"

As soon as I was about to say something the bell had ran indicating that it was now time for me to go to my next class.

"Soon to be late. Nice meeting you." I said as I was already packing up my belongings and getting up from the table.

I really did try my best from socializing with people. It was never my thing. Call me paranoid or whatever but, I always believed the minute you became close with someone is the same time you leave yourself vulnerable and gullible just for them to take advantage of you, or treat you like ultimate shit.

I didn't want that for myself, so I excused myself from any situation that I felt put me there.

"So I can't get your name?"

"Not much people are ever interested in knowing my name. "

"Well, I'm not most people."

"Is that so?"

The second ball has ranged which indicated that you was late. So in other words I was late.

"Look like I said it was nice meeting you but i really have to get to class" I said as i made my way to my last class of the day which was music.

Out of all my classes I really enjoyed this one. It gave what seemed to me a freedom of expression. If there was nothing else that can bring people together, music can.

Walking into class I smiled at my teacher, Mrs. Robinson. She was cool for the most part. Music seemed to run in her family. Her mother was a singer, father knew had to play 4 different instruments, brother was in a band, even her husband is a music teacher at another school. All she ever knew was music.

"Okay class, today we wi-" she was cut off by the bell above her door, indicating someone had came in.

"You are la-, new." She smiled as she looked up from the board and towards the door.

"I'm Tyrone Nelsin, i'm a transfer student." He said as he looked around the room and made eye contact with me, then smirked.

You have to be fucking kidding me.

"Well welcome, you can go right ahead and take a seat right next to...." Mrs. Robinson started drifting off looking around the classroom.

There are roughly 10 other seats available for him to sit but because I have what seems to be the worst of luck, i guarantee you that doesn't matter.

"My oh so talented student, Laila. Please raise your hand so he knows who you are" she smiled as she turned back around and went on to say what she was saying.

"I'm Laila" I said in a low tone, while raising my hand and rolling my eyes.

"Well, well, well, I guess I finally got your name." Tyrone smiled and taking a seat next to me.

"By default."

"I say this is faith. You wouldn't tell me your name and i still got it. You should stop fighting this. It's meant to be" he said beginning to take down his notes.

"And what is meant to be exactly?" I asked with my eyebrow raised, finally diverting my attention to him.

"Us." he smirked looking at me.

Dear Lord.
