Maine's POV

So all preparations are already done. The foob be served, the restaurant, the time, and even thier outfits are prepared; which Jerald agreed. But thier is just one problem. One but have a hard solution. I can't convince Valeen.

"Val, please samahan mo nako sa meeting ko sa Saturday."

I can't say the exact event because Jerald sad that it should be a surprise.

"Maine, nakikita mo 'to??!"

"Yes?!"

"Nakikita mo pala pero bakit mo pa ako pinipilit."

"Val, sige na??! Makakahintay naman siguro yan di ba?!".

"Hindi Maine, bukas ang deadline nito."

"Tutulungan kita??!"

"Sorry, pero you're not allowed anymore. Nakalimutan mo na ba?? Secretary ka na??!"

"Ok,  pupunta nalang akong mag-isa."

"Maine, if you are trying to show my conscience to you. Sorry hindi na yan gagana."

Maine came to my office with an disappointed face.

"Bakit??!"

"Nahihirapan na ako sa pangkukumbinsi."

"What??!"

"Valeen rejected me. Sinabi kong magpapasama ako sa kanya sa meeting ko pero may pinapagawa sa kanya."

'Even it is not parr of the panliligaw, I think, I should use my position here to solve Maine's problem and by that she will impressed of me.'

"Space out??!"

"Sorry. I think I know the solution. Ipapa-transfer nalang natin yung mga ginagawa nya sa ibang employee or paghatiin nalang natin yung trabaho nya."

"Sige,.thank you."

Problem solved. Valeen abled to done her work before the deadline given to her. Me and Jerald finalized everything for thier big date. Maine teased me because of me being hands-on of Jerald and Valeen's date. I had to, siyempre kapalit to ng request ko and I dont even have a choice.

And the day come.,...

Jerald and I are waiting outside of this resto. Sinundo ni Maine si Valeen at on the way na daw sila.

Nafe-feel ko ang kaba ni Jerald.

"Bro, paano kung hindi sila sisipot.??!"

"Bro, relax. On the way na nga sila tapos ganyan ka pa. Is it your first date.?! Eh dakilang chic boy ka. "

"Bro, kasi......"

"Para matigilan ka na, tatawagan ko nalang si Maine."

Calling Maine.

"Maine??!"

"Bakit??!"

"........"

"Ano.?!"

"Bro bakit?? May problema ba.?!"
