Thompson’s POV: Same day

The bell rang at the end of music and before I could say anything Savannah was walking quickly out of the classroom.

Okay then we’re back to ignoring me are we?

“Savannah!” I called after her and rushed to follow her. I came out of the classroom and was immediately cornered by Hailey.

“Hey babe you okay?” she asked pressing me against the nearby lockers.

Now normally I wouldn’t have minded this situation but I was more interested in Savannah at this point in time. I was determined to find out why she hated me so much and I needed to warn her about Lucas.

“Sorry Hailey I've got to go!” I said shifting around her.

“Babe have I done something wrong?” she asked following me down the hall.

“No I just have something to do at home,” I said. This is why she wasn’t my girlfriend, wayyyyy to clingy.

“Well my mom and dad are out for the night if you wanna come over later?” she asked trailing her fingers up and down my arm.

“Maybe I’ll talk to you later,” I said and rushed off leaving her standing in the hallway.

I walked across the parking lot and saw Ashley and Savannah walking towards Alex and Robin. They all climbed in the car and drove off.   

I managed to round up Matthew and George before pushing them towards my silver Porsche.

“Dude what's the rush!” George complained as I dragged him and Matthew to the car.

“We need to get home!” I said unlocking the doors.

“Why god man chill out we’ll get home just as fast even with you shoving us into the car!” Matthew said as he climbed in the back. George and I climbed in and I drove us back to the house. We pulled up and I quickly got the twins out of the car before running into the house.

“Thompson!” I heard a little voice shout and I looked up to see Daniel running towards me.

He jumped at me and I caught him in my arms.

“Hey little man how was school?” I asked carrying him into the kitchen.

“Good thanks!” he said giving me a huge grin showing the gaps in his teeth.

I grabbed him a juice box out of the fridge and carried him into the TV room. I put on some kids shows and left him to watch TV.

I went upstairs and chucked my school bag in my room before going into Alex’s room.

We’re boys we only knock on rare occasions!

“Where's Savannah?” I asked him.

He was sitting on his bed playing video games and he didn’t look up to talk to me.

“In her room with Ashley,” he said and I left.

I walked to the end of the hall and pushed open her door.

She was laughing with Ashley and stopped when I pushed open the door.

“I need to talk to you,” I said to her.

“Don’t you knock?” she asked frowning at me.

How did she manage to look so cute even with that frown? Whoa okay I did not just think that back to reality.

I knocked on the door and sighed. “Happy now?”

“Not really,” she replied.

“Can you please come with me I need to talk to you!” I said getting impatient.
