"Jason Fortes. Look at you, such a strong resolve and determination." Jason looked up and saw a large green scaled dragon, its bright red eyes staring at him. He looked around, he was a in a large dark cave.

"Where am I?" he asked. The dragon moved his head closer to Jason, he brought his large head right in front of him. He blew smoke at Jason, "Don't worry about that, this is nothing more than in your head." the dragon said.

"Who are you?" Jason asked.

The dragon's face contorted almost as if smiling, "Don't tell me you don't remember me. I am Kaldrago, the one who killed your parents."

Jason felt the mark begin to light and burn, "Easy now, there's no point in getting all fired up yet. I was just checking in on you my Champion." Kaldrago said. He spread his wings and got up, "There's a lot in store for you, and a lot that needs to be done. You are the key to the elimination of your silly race. Now enough spoiling the good parts."

Jason tried to say something, he opened his mouth but nothing came out. "You can say everything you want to me once we meet. For now train and gain their trust. You'll be doing my dirty work pretty soon. Here a gift. It'll come useful later on." Kaldrago took a large breath, he looked down at Jason and blew enormous blue flames at him.

Jason tried to scream but nothing came out, "Oh don't be such a baby, it'll only hurt for a while."

The flames died down, Jason looked down at himself in shock that he was still alive. He looked at the mark and saw another spot on the top of the crescent moon burn itself into his skin.

"Now that mark is a lot more complex than my foolish brother's mark. Every time a new spot appears, you will gain access to a new dragons power." Jason looked down at the mark, he did feel different. He lifted his hand, flames began circling around his hand but they didn't burn.

"Only I have the key to unlock your abilities so if you want to become stronger, you will serve me." Kaldrago brought his face closer to Jason, "I can see that hate build up in your eyes, that fire that's burning in your heart. You want to take revenge for what I did to your parents. I will kill you but first you will betray everyone you love. Be gone now, we will meet again."

Jason's vision went black.

"Hey you piece of shit! Wake up!" Jason woke up suddenly when a shoe hit him in the face. He sat up quickly and looked at where the shoe came from. It was a tall, short haired young man. He was placing his boots on and looking at him.

"I wouldn't keep Lady Rosenheart waiting." He got up from his bed and threw a bag at him, "Put these on, I don't think you would want to fight in what you're wearing now."

Jason got up, he grabbed the bag and looked through it, there were a pair of boots, some normal looking trousers, and a hide shirt. He threw on the trousers and sat down. He kept thinking back to the dream he had, he looked down at his hand saw that the new spot was there. He shook his head and began taking his shirt off, he looked around and saw a pair of gloves on one of the bed's next to him. He grabbed his new shirt and put it on.

He grabbed the gloves and made his way to the door, he opened and saw Bianca waiting for him.

"They fit well don't they." she said looking at him.

He nodded, "Surprising, so what are we going to be starting with." he asked.

"First I'm going to see what you can do, we'll be sparring to see if you have maybe some natural talent and that way I can see where I need to focus on. Follow me." she turned around. Jason followed her. They walked outside, Jason saw it was some sort of training area, there were knights with their squires training, slashing at dummies, shooting at targets. Bianca led him towards a corner were pieces of armor and swords were stored.
