The Universe Ends With You

Chapter 19

Reyn sits in the chair, which her mangles and burnt hair. Her eyes black. She is wearing a metallic looking fabric, that folds too many times to count. Fink stares at her, with his tiny eyes. Reyn won't wake up. Not yet. "Hello?" Fink asks the unconscious Reyn. Finks voice has a heavy accent. An alien accent. An accent of one, who speaks no native language, just a foreign one. Of course- Reyn doesn't respond. Just her shallow breathing proceeds.

Fink turns back toward the door that he had come from, and then looks back at Reyn. Fink's eyes full with water, and begin burning. Fink quickly brings his hands to his eyes. The white gas begins filling the room. And a speaker comes on, the person speaking has a very sloppy voice, he speaks in Rosin, saying:

Fink, 너는 진실이다. 이 여자, Reyn이 열쇠가 될 것입니다. 그녀는 문을 열 것입니다. 우주가 이기게한다면 당신은 엉망이됩니다. 그리고 너,모두 죽을 것이다.

Fink falls to the floor, his skin burning, eyes burning.  His vision fades, to nothing. And the last thing he hears is: 자다. 100 년 동안 수면.

So there Fink stayed. In a prison for Gazorpians. Sleeping. Sleeping for a lifetime.

A few minutes after the gassing, the Talos come, and retrieve Fink. They take his body to a Bandi tank. A bandi tank is a small cylinder filled with a clear solution, that preserves life. The Talos put Fink inside of the Bandi tank, hook up the cords and tubes required, and then the Talos leave.

Fink sits in the tube. Waiting. Waiting forever, as his brain shuts itself off, for the next lifetime. Only to be awoken...much later...

Zy sits in the ship, that he stole from the hospital. The voice of Illiad remains with him. Illiad wants Zy for a purpose. He wants Zy for the key. And that is what Zy will find. The key. The key to the Universe. The key to kill the Universe.

Zy flies in the ship, through space, past planets, past even galaxies. And before he even realizes, he arrives at the Darwin Galaxy.

The ship lands itself on a planet. The Eridi planet.
The planet is covered, in mountains and trees, rivers, and purple ponds. Birds fly above the ship. The birds beaks are basically hooks. As well as helge birds do not have eyes. Their bodies are yellow flesh, with no feathers.

Get out.

Zy steps out of the ship, slamming the door of the ship behind him.

"Why are we here?"
He needs your help.
"Who?"
His name is Fink. He is a Gazorpian...
Zy stops. I haven't heard of the that species in a long time. Aren't they...you know...extinct."
He is one of the only ones left....

Zy looks around, looking where to go. "Where-?"
Wherever you THINK...
Zy looks around confused,staring into all of the shrubs and trees. "Just tell me." Zy says to Illiad sternly.

Just go forward... you will find it...

Zy does as Illiad requests and walks forward, stepping over- or through some of the shrubs and bushes, pushing himself through, to find the Gazorpian Fink.
