Everyone has been a bully at some point in their life, and everyone has been bullied, even if it's just for a second; a simple sentence. But when that sentence repeats, over and over and over again, it does damage. Being a bully is never okay, wether it was intentional or unintentional, it hurts people's feelings. So when you see someone bullying, help stop it, and even if you don't think you're making a difference, you really are. Imagine if thousands of people stood up to those bullies, together we would be helping thousands more!
