Chapter 31
Carl's POV
Lilaka turned around and as she was about to start walking, then a walker came out of the bushes and pushed her down. As quick as I could I pulled out my gun and shot it in the head. Lil just laid there not moving or anything. Well except breathing. I am pretty sure she was scared to death.
"Lil are you ok?" I asked walking over to her.
"Yeah I think." she said pushing it off of her. I put out my hand and helped her up.
"Good." I said, as a blood curdling scream rang through out the camp.
Lil and I looked at each other and ran as fast as we could. We ran until we found one of the new people in our group with a walker on top of her scratching and biting at her. It was one of the younger ones. I was about to shoot it when someone else did. I looked and saw Bonnie. I guess she's contributing to the group again.
"Thanks." the girl said, she had bright blue eyes like me and blonde hair. She was actually really pretty. Wait no what am I thinking I'm dating Lil. I snapped out of my trance when I heard a gunshot. I guess the walkers are invading. I mean we were supposed to be on the road a few days ago.
"EVERYONE TO THE CARS!" my dad yells.
Everyone either hopped into a car or truck or truck bed. We didn't pack anything up at all. We just left what was there, there. I don't know what we're going to do with sleeping arrangements. I know that we are all definitely sleeping with locked doors. And that Lil is staying with me.
