-----Carl's POV
Well I was sitting at the end of the bed petting Sparky and Mary. The rest of the pets were running around in the large backyard, except for the cats because they could climb out and get eaten. I couldn't let that happen to Lilaka, she would cry for days.
Lilaka walked in and pet Sparky. She had just gotten out of the shower. "Hey babe." I said to her. "Hey Carl. Why do you have Sparky, I mean it's not a bad thing but why?" Lilaka said. "Cause he came in here." I told her. "Oh, haha." she laughed.
The governors people live in the two houses right by our sides. I don't trust them still. I don't think I ever will though. "Oh one thing." Lilaka said interrupting my thoughts. "What's that?" I asked. "Mary doesn't like you, see." she said pointing at Mary peeing on my CLOTHES. "EEEEWWWWEEE MARY THAT'S GROSS!" I yelled at the cat. "I told she doesn't like you before!" Lilaka said laughing.
I picked Mary up and put her outside the door and closed it so nobody would see Lilaka changing. "Hey Carl turn around. Just because your my boyfriend doesn't mean you can watch me change." Lil said. "I know, I know." I said.
