Chapter Ten | I Forgot..

Merida stirred up in her sleep, ooh! She had a very nice rest last night. Even though she feels this small ache on her head, and she also tastes this weird, disgusting thing in her mouth. But other than that, it's okay. Her big, comfy bed all warm, even the space that's always been cold. Her silk sheet, greeting her a good morning..

Wait.. The long unoccupied side is warm? Silk sheets? I know I haven't changed the blankets yet, and I don't own any silk ones. I-I can't breath, that's one heavy pillow I have on my chest. Urg. And what's that smell? Yuck. Smells like puke! I will literally kill who puked in my room.

Her eyes burst open and saw the color green, everywhere. The walls, the curtains, the bedsheets - all green. That's when she realized she wasn't in her room. When she looked to her side, she saw that same chesnut brown hair and that same pale skin. She slowly lifted up the silk sheet and saw that she was only in her underwear, even Jack.

"NOOO!"

She threw Jack's arm away and quickly stood up.. Starting to throw the closest things near her at the slowly waking up man on the bed.

"O-ow! What's with the throwing? I don't remember that happening last night. Just slapping and choking. Mhmm. Your lacy undies makes me want to repeat it." Jack teased, wiggling his eyebrows just to irritate her more.

"W-what happened last night..." was more of a statement rather than a question, she already knew. She was just waiting for him to say the magic words, and she would bow down to him for being so high and mighty for winning the game - again.

"Well, you initiated the kiss. You we're on top of me. And you enjoyed yourself until dawn." Jack said, resting his head ontop of the palm of his hand that's elbow was resting lightly on his bed. "You didn't even want me to sleep."

"Why? Are you that desperate to make my last year in Hogwarts so ugly? You're the worst." Merida said before walking out, tears daring to spill out.

"Meridaaa. You need to eat! You can't be boney when the ball comes." Rapunzel whined, being backed up by Astrid and Eep.

But Merida kept on with her silence, she was so upset with herself. She couldn't believe she let that thing happen, after she promised herself on her fourth year that she wouldn't have anymore connections with that egotistical jerk. But sadly, something magnetic is pulling her back to him.

"Unsureness.." She whispered just loud enough for her friends to hear, playing with the food on her plate.

"What now?" Eep immediately asked, paying attention to her friend like never before.

"That's what the mudblood feels, after being so rude and rode on my Jacky-poo! I would've done better." A certain black-haired girl with two pointy fangs sticking out, irritantingly stated.

"For your information, Ms. Dracula. Merida never wanted to have anything to do with Mr. Frost there. So could you just scram before you can feel my fist on your face?" Astrid said, smiling so sweet at the Slytherin girl.

She said a single "hmp!" and continued on to the Slytherin table, sitting beside her precious Jacky-poo.

Sounds like a name for a pet.

"So what are your plans now Merida?" Eep asked, which was not really a good question.

Merida just shrugged, not able to find her voice. And she gets this feeling of helplessness as she realized her mind was also not in a working mode. She was like a broken doll, useless. Especially to herself. She couldn't help herself.
