Again, a story I stole from my TF2 oneshot book.

"Matt?"

You were currently tip toeing through the house. You needed to have a small chat with Matt .He wasn't in his room, the kitchen, or the living room.

This was going to be hard.

"Y/N? What are you doing?" Tord caught up to you.

"I need to find Matt, why do you care?"  You snapped back. You're not a big fan of Tord.

Okay, I dont feel like editing the rest, so here you go. Have this Scout x reader.

Spy was a gentleman, many women fall for him. But he's also a player, at least that's what Scout warned you about.

According to him, Spy fucked his mother, dated her for a week or two, then disappeared. You didn't want that to happen to you.

Instead, you fell for the Scout.
Others found him annoying, the enemy called him "reckless energetic fuck". You called him attractive and alluring, not to his face or anyone else of course.

He was your friend, and you didn't want to ruin your friendship with him.

He liked Miss. Pauling. Everyone knew that.

You liked him. No one knew that. (Hopefully)

-flashback to earlier that day-
Today was the day he finally had the guts to ask her out.
You and Spy helped him by teaching him how to tell her and treat her.

You were proud and somewhat heartbroken at the same time, it felt weird. It was a new feeling.
So, after you sent him on his merry way, Sniper was curious how it would go.

So you and Sniper may or may not have stalked him.

There was yelling, then Scout stormed out and slammed his bedroom door.

"Oi, he don't sound so happy, Shelia." Sniper whispered.

"Do you think I should check on him?" You asked.

"Give it a bit o' time, mate."

"Alright."

-end of flashback-
You made your way to the front door.

What led you here?: the faint smell of chicken.

It was obviously Scout.

Once you got outside you realized it was a lot warmer in the base.

You shivered and brought your arms up to your chest for warmth.
"Scout?" You called.

No answer.

You walked farther into the outside world.

"Scout?" You called again.

No answer.

Now, you were farther from the base.

"Scout?" You called once more.

You heard shifting near you, then a figure who was holding something walked up to you.
It smelled like chicken.

They turned on their flashlight, revealing who they were.

Scout.

"Hey, I umm... haven't seen you since this morning." You started, shivering with almost every word you said.
