Chapter 55 : Trouble

Delany's P.O.V :

These past weeks have been hell for me ! I feel as if my stomach is about to tear open from my baby that I'm currently carrying .

I don't know how far I can take this . I feel awful . Not even that .. How would you feel if your own brother stopped talking to you .. Like what kind of bullshit is that ?

I stopped staying at Derek's house and just stayed at my house . I was tired of always being ignored , and tossed to the side .

As I was watching tv , I heard the doorbell ring . What the hell ? Who could that be ?

I slowly got up and walked to the door.
I patted my stomach and opened the door .

Ethan's P.O.V :

You know I'm not very fond with April's relationship at the moment , but I once loved April .. So I have to accept in pretty much everything that she does . All I care about is her being happy with her life , but at this point .. I don't know if she's happy or not . I know she's with Derek , but Grayson .. Ok yes my brother is an ass ! but that dude has a big heart ! He'd kill for April .. ! Shit I would too !

I sat at the kitchen table eating lasagna , thinking of all the situations that could be going on between April and Grayson . I hope nothing bad happened.

All of a sudden someone come down the stairs and opened the front door and shut it loud . That's when I got up and went to go walk up the stairs. As I made my way up I saw Grayson sitting on a step .

I slowly sat down and waited .

"Gray w-"
"Ethan , I-"
"No dude stop , like seriously! What the hell happened."
"We kissed !"

I gave Grayson a shocked look .

"Wait what ? Say that again ?"
"We kissed !"
"Yes I know ? Bu- But ? "
"Ethan .. April doesn't want Derek ."
"Then why is she with him ?"
"I don't know .. She says she loves him b-"
"But then why did she kiss you ?"
"See that's the thing . I don't know ."
"Was there anything else she said ?"
"Can we not talk about this right now , I'm not in the best mood .."
"Do you want lasagna ? It's your favorite." I smiled

Delany's P.O.V :

I didn't know how to react . I felt as if my heart sank .

"Delany I'm sorry for this short notice but I need to talk to you ."

I slowly opened the door wider . It was April .

"Yea .. Uhm come in ."

I closed the door and sat on the couch .

"Delany I am so sorry I-"
"April... You don't need to apologize ."
"Yes I do , I was so cruel to you and I-"
"Dude I give you credit ! If I were you , I would've hated myself as well! There's no need to be sorry .."
"But Delany I-"
"You did what you felt was right , I know what Grayson and I did but the truth is ... Grayson never cheated on you ."

Twisty isn't it ? It comes to a conclusion . I never ever slept with Grayson . Ever ! It was all a set up . A lie . That day when izzy found me and Grayson "fucking" yea it was an act . It was meant for someone to find out . Grayson and I came with the idea so no one would suspect that Cameron was the father of my baby . Grayson was always loyal to April . Never once cheated . Now that I say this . It was kind of a shady thing to do . To sabotage a relationship and bring back a toxic one . Well there you have it . It was all a lie!

"What?"
"April I know this is hard to settle in , but no Grayson never cheated , he just made it seem like he did ."
"So everyone went along with the secret ??"
"Yea so did Ethan ... Everyone ! Only one who doesn't know is Derek ."
"Delany I don't even know what to say.."
"I know this is hard , but now you have no reason to hate Grayson ."
"Yea but he will have a reason to hate me ."
"No no no . Why do you say that ?"
"Because of Derek ! I'm engaged to your brother !"
"Your what ?"
"And we have a daughter Delany! What do I do !"
"Where is Derek ?"
"He was at the studio .. He's coming home now .."
"The studio ?"
"Yea ."
"Baby girl are you sure ?"
"D that's what he told me ! I talked to him on the phone earlier this morning ."

I didn't even know what to tell April ... I just put my head down and avoided eye contact with her .

"Delany ? Delany ? What's going on ? Did something happen ? Delany !"

I closed my eyes and reached for my iPhone . I quickly pulled up snapchat and handed my phone to April .

"Why do I want this for ?"
"Just look at it ."
"But why snap chat ?"
"go on tez's story ."
"Delany I-"
"Find out for yourself ."

April's P.O.V :

Delany is not making any sense right now ! Why does she want me to go on snapchat ? What could Derek be doing ?

I listened to Delany and clicked on Tez's story . All I saw was him hot boxing in his car.

"D , there's nothing here ."
"Keep on skipping ."

I did what I was told to do . Right when i was about to give up , I saw Derek .

"D. It's just Derek smoking a-"

My eyes felt like they were going to pop out .

"WHO IS THAT?!?"
"now do you see what I'm talking about ?"
"Delany who the fuck is that girl !"

Yep . Derek was in the studio all right . With Tez and a girl ! A girl ! Now hold up , Derek told me he was at the studio ! But clearly he's with some white bitch ! Who's all laughing with him.

"Oh that girl ? Huh that's Maggie .."
"Maggie what?"
"Maggie Lindemann or should I say Margaret ."

I felt as if my heart was about to burst !

"What is she doing with Derek !"
"Question is what is Derek doing with her?"
"Ugh I'm so mad right now !"
"Call him !"
"What?"
"Call Derek ! Tell him to come over to my house , we have a surprise for him & he will love it ."
