Chapter 7- Together

I kissed back, and then let go. We both looked back at into each other's eyes with our heads touching.

"I really like you, Kat."

I paused for a moment, thinking over the situation. I raised my hand to his cheek, and then let our fingers intertwine.

" I Really like you too." We continued to kiss, but then I pulled away.

"Pj, I think, we should just take things a little slower. Don't get me wrong, I really do like you, I just..."

"Yea, that's fine, whatever your comfortable with, I'm good with too. " He seemed fine with taking this surprising new found relationship slowly. I was so happy I met Pj. He was so creative, and we had so much in common. I just can't believe we ended up together. How? I have a sudden suspicion if Charlie had anything to do with it. I just wonder if he really feels the same way I do.

"Do you need some help unpacking your stuff?" Pj said as he fiddled with his hands." You said you moved in just a few days ago?" He added.

"Uh, sure, I guess" I scratched the back of my head. " I haven't really unpacked much actually now that I think about it..."

" I could come over around 12?"Pj replied.

"Sounds good." I placed a stray strand of hair behind my ear. I really did like Pj, I just wanted to take, whatever this is, a bit slower. We both seemed fine with that, and I was happy. I really think this could turn out well. He seemed really nice also. I'm sure we would be perfect for each other. It seemed that way, we'll see.
