~Chapter 42~

*Maddy's POV*

"yes" Kolby pauses. "yes i will marry you!!" Grayson picks her up and spins her around not breaking the kiss.

i smile at them remembering how it was like for me, Ethan pulls me into him.

"remember when that was us" he whispers intertwining our hands, i nod and bite my lip. our lips connect and it still gives me the same butterfly feeling as before.

"i love you" i say.

"i love you too" he says.

"hey should we leave you two alone?" Kolby buts in, i roll my eyes and she laughs. i smile and gave her a big hug.

"im so excited you're getting married" i squeal.

"i know, i know it's crazy!" we hug really tight. the boys gave bro hugs and Ethan said "congrats".

after we were done eating the newly engaged went home even though i begged them/ Kolby not to because im a lonely sad tomato. yea, yea i have Ethan but some times you just want girl time and especially in a time like this i mean shit my girls getting married.

when i was cleaning up the pizza boxes i noticed a note taped on 'Kolby's pizza' it read.

'can i get down on one knee and ask you to be my wife? or is that too cheesy?'

i smile and laugh at it a bit, wow what a card. Ethan comes up behind me and reads the note too.

"you like that i helped him come up with it" he chuckles.

"that explains why its so bad" i laugh.

"its not that bad" he frowns.

"your right" i pause. "its terrible"

"who are you to talk I've seen you surf"

"umm excuse me? i can surf i dont know what you call your skateboarding..... maybe tragic"

"ok ok thats it no more shade i think its dark enough in here" he jokes, i laugh.

just as i was about to go to sleep Ethan mentions something.

"you should talk to your dad"

"yea no i dont want nothing to do with him" i say sternly.

"when was the last time you two talked"

"when he came to the apartment"

"jeez Madison you need to talk to him he's your father and he does pay our bills i mean im suprised he hasnt cut you off" 

omg I've never actually even thought about that, I've just been living without a care. God I'm such an idiot i can't believe I let the money get to me, but on the other hand why hasn't he cut me off?

"ok fine I'll go talk to him tomorrow alone i think theres something going on" i say.

"like what?"

" i don't know but he hasn't cut me off so he must feel guilty or something to keep paying our bills i mean shit"

"right but still thank you"

"for?"

"for going and talking to him i think you two have been on bad terms for way too long" i nod my head in agreement i feel bad for the way i acted but i also don't.
