You couldn't believe your eyes. You had to re-read it several times to make sure this wasn't just a dream. You were going to meet the one and only Robert Downey Jr. You have now gotten the chance to meet Iron man himself in person! Even if you were just 20 years old, you still fangirled all the way. To anyone else, it would have looked like you were having a seizure or just gone crazy. Since you lived alone, you could act any way you wanted, and right now you were over the moon.

You began packing without a second thought. You were to be on the next flight out to Fayetteville, Georgia by tomorrow morning. This was a once in a life time chance for you. You've never had anything like this happen to you. You packed all your needed essentials, proper clothes attire for the weather over there.

Once you thought you had everything you decided to get a good night's sleep. The minute your head hit the soft pillow you dozed right off.

The morning after you had gotten up bright and early and headed off to the airport. Getting the chance to meet a celebrity was amazing and all, but it didn't come with first class seats. You weren't complaining but that there's just so happened to be that one annoying child with a mother who never seemed to pay attention. The flight itself seemed to drag on, but it was still exciting to be soaring high off the ground.

You had landed feeling nervous and full of thrill. Getting the chance to meet one of your favorite celebrities was mind blowing.

You managed to hunt down your luggage and hail a cab. You gave the man directions to drive you to a hotel or motel since you were on a budget. Everyone can't always have a luxurious hotel room.

The room itself was decent but it wasn't anything fancy. You decided it'd be best to start unpacking your things and head off to where the set was since it was only 8 in the morning.

It didn't take you that long since you didn't have a lot to unpack, it was only one suitcase after all. Your phone rang and it was a lady telling you to be at the at 11:00 where she would be waiting for you to get you ready for your tour around the set.

"Thank you. I'll be sure to get there at that time" She hung up after a simple welcome.

The hours went by quickly and there you were standing in front of the entrance.

"Y/N?" You turned your head and figured it was the lady that you talked on the phone with earlier.

"Yes, that's me" You smiled at her giving hand a shake.

"Hi nice you meet you I'm Katy" She smiled back.

"Same here".

"So you ready?" She asked.

"I'm a little nervous" You let out a chuckle.

"Oh, you'll be fine come on now" She waved you off.

Katy gave you a pass just in case you were told to leave for any reason. She led you around the trailers until she found the one she was looking for. "Here we are". Both of you walked in and when your gaze fell on his, it was like you were the only two people. You got butterflies looking at his brown crinkling eyes.

"Robert this is Y/N our contestant winner we were talking about" You barely noticed that Robert happened to be there too.

"H-Hi. It's so nice to finally meet you. Wow" You let out the air you didn't know you were holding in.

"Ha. Well, aren't you just adorable? Isn't she adorable Tom?" He pointed at you smiling at Tom who was getting his hair touched up.

"Uh. Yeah yeah, she's pretty... adorable!" He fixed his slip up.

"Y/N it's great to meet you. And although you just met Tom, all the fun doesn't start till an hour" He joked. You laughed at that. "Well, I certainly can't wait" You smiled kindly at them. Admittedly you were losing your s–t on the inside.

Robert asked you questions while you patiently waited for them to get their makeup done by the stylist. He was trying to get to know you better, and if you were being honest it felt nice. He was genuinely a lovely person to meet. Tom pitched into the conversation every now and then. You got to know more about them than from what you got from the internet. Closeup to them was a better experience to have rather than sitting behind a desktop and watching videos of them. You'd take having a friendly conversation any day with two incredible celebrities.

Robert did eventually take you around for a tour. You got to meet some of the cast such as Chris Pratt, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Elizabeth Olsen. They were kind. Welcoming you to their set and letting you sit in for some scenes, but you couldn't take pictures. You easily became friends with them, you didn't want to leave.

"Hey Y/N" He beamed.

"Oh hey Tom" You smiled at him

"Wanna see the Spider-man suit?"

"Whoa there Holland at least take her to dinner first" Robert joked.

"I was just going to show her my Spider-man suit" He reasoned.

"Uh huh. Well if I were to do that I would at least compliment her" He gave Tom a "you know what I mean look". Tom looked at him confused.

"What does a compliment have to do with showing her the suit?" He quirked an eyebrow.

"Tom if you ever want to ask her out in the future you need to do it right" Your cheeks turned red.

He cleared his throat. "Umm...Y/N you look nice?" It came out more as a question. You glanced down at your casually tee and jeans and worn out sneakers.

"Uh. Thank you, I guess" You giggled.

"Lordy, you are terrible at compliments. That's the best you can do Spidey" Robert groaned.

"Well, how would you do it?!" Tom got annoyed.

"Like this." Robert pushed Tom towards you so that you would be facing each other with a 3-inch length between you too. You felt awkward.

"You've had a girlfriend before, right Tom?"

"Y-Yeah?"

"Well, it doesn't take a genius to give a girl a compliment" He nodded his head to you.

"Okay?" He breathed in and out. "Um Y/N I love the way you smile". He glanced at Robert, he ushered him to keep going. "And the thing about your smile is how it can always reach your eyes". He glanced at Robert again. "You have a wonderful personality. You are the kindest girl ever. And you have the most lovely e/c eyes I've ever seen".

You couldn't stop the smile from forming on your lips. You were an absolute blushing mess.

"Now that's how I would do it".

Tom didn't dare take his eyes off you then.

"Now about that spidey suit?"
