12.) A THOUSAND YEARS

      "You are brushing against me," Tia whispered who was now almost sitting on  Skyler's laps.

   He chuckled softly only her to listen.

     "So what ? Are you tense ?" He asked.

   Tia turned her face to see through his eyes. Those dark brown eyes burning deeply into her.

    She involuntary shook her head. Skyler placed her one arm around her and she ultimately sat on his laps. The hotness was getting into her. She brushed down her fingers on his arms and they both locked thier fingers.

     "Ummmm, next pic please," Skyler said blinking at her.

    "Oh Yeah !", Tia said stretching out her hand outwards and clicking another one. They both smiled broadly with Tia struggling to get more closer to him but he just sat thier his arm around her and posing like a hero.

      Tia didn't know when, Skyler had her in his car again and they drove at her home. She was so much lost in thoughts that she stayed like dreamingly for the whole night thinking about the outing with him

       The next day at school, Ian was trotting slowly clutching her bag and climbinh upstairs. She stood at the corner of the corridor waiting for any of her friends to come.

   She waited leaning against the wall when she saw Kate climbing the stairs with two more girls walking beside her. Their eyes met and Ian gave her a short cut smile.

    "Hello Kate," greeted Ian.

     "Ian. It's you," Kate said looking closely at her.

    "Ummm...yeah ! Definitely its me." Ian said feeling a bit odd at the statement.

   Kate turned to face her friends and gesturing towards Ian, she said,

     "Anne, Perrie this is Ian, I was talking about. The damaged Ian. Arm in the sling."

    Ian felt a gush of strange feeling.

      "I will get it out, very soon. What do you mean by Damage Ian ?" She asked.

   Kate burst into laughter, thumping her hand on her mouth to mock Ian more.

     "Seriously Ian, you look greatly funny with this huge sling and a small plast on the forehead. How did you get on with the accident. It really looked like someone gave you a tough time." She said.

    "Really thats very strange to say." Ian defended.

     Kate laughed again, stretching herself in a post like she was the headmistress of the school.
 
      "Too bad you weren't able to play for the game that day mostly because of the sling .I heard Braddin was getting you and Rebecca in the team. Although at first I thought I should had been registered."

   Kate said and with that she left leaving a shocked and confused looking Ian in the hallway.

   Ian was just running her mind about what had gone wrong with her. She seemed very jolly and nice when she came to visit her in the hospital but now she was truely mocking her in front of her friends.

    Looking at the sling Ian felt upset and angry with frustration leaping out. She wanted to take that out and she made her mind that after school she will go straight to the doctor to get the sling and plast out of her.
   
     "Hi bugsbunny," Tia called tapping her on shoulder.

      "Hey, morning !" Ian greeted her anger evaporating in a thin air looking at her bringing a small smile on her face.

     "Hows the arm ?" She asked.
