"Because, Ryland, she is your sister and no matter how she acts, she is your blood." Arielle, the voice Ryland heard, stated. 

Ryland closed his eyes, allowing his inner rage to simmer down before continuing to speak. 

"I will not kill a defenseless person but next time I might be as merciful," Ryland stated.

Amelia gasped for air, realizing she owed her life to Arielle for talking Ryland out of her murder. 

"Thank you, brother," Amelia whispered, taking deep breaths to restore the oxygen to her body. 

"I am not your brother. I am the person who will kill you. From this point on, you can consider me an enemy." Ryland scoffed as he grabbed the collar of Amelia's jacket. 

Amelia opened her mouth, about to deliver a sarcastic one liner but stopped before she could get the words out. She didn't want to push her luck but at the same time, she felt that Ryland wouldn't kill her.

"I'll be back someday, and then I will be ready to kill you and Arielle. I am

coming for your daughter so be ready. Friday, November 13, 2117, I will be back. You remember that date for it will be your last day alive." Amelia threatened. 

"If you so much as come into the presence of my wife or my kids, I will crush your lungs without any thought," Ryland warned. 

He dropped his hand, releasing Amelia as she disappeared into thin air. Ryland stood up and turned to face Arielle. Slowly, he made his way through the debris and back to Arielle. 

"We have been searching for seven years, Arielle. I think it is time I accept that my father is dead and move on." Ryland stated as he looked into Arielle's pale green eyes.

"I agree but there is still a war to win." Arielle noted. 

"Luka, Mackenzie and their families should be here any minute now. What are they going to think of this mess? Nevermind that, where is Bailey?!" Ryland stated, becoming terrified after realizing Bailey was missing. 

Arielle and Ryland bolted for the door and turned the corner fast. Ryland tripped over his shoes and face planted on the floor. 

"I'm fine- go... go find her!" Ryland yelled.

"Bailey! Bailey!" Arielle screamed as she tore through the hallways. 

Arielle entered the kitchen which was the middle of the ship. She turned in a circle looking everywhere for Bailey. 

"She's gone!" Arielle shrieked as Ryland slid into the kitchen next to her.

"Where could she have gone! The only ones here were Reagan, you, me, Ben, and Bailey! Do you think she ran off?" Ryland asked frantically. 

"Maybe I don't know! We didn't hear her scream so she might have run off. But why would she? You don't think Amelia took her when she disappeared?" Arielle gasped.

"No, she wouldn't dare besides that, she was hurt and couldn't have done much. I don't think she ran off either. Ben!" Ryland yelled.

They both knew that Ben wouldn't be unconscious for long even though Arielle hit him hard. Ryland and Arielle raced to the sofa where they had left Ben a few hours ago. To their dismay, he had disappeared like Bailey. Ryland squinted his eyes in rage. He understood Ben would be a little upset but that doesn't give him the right to kidnap their sister. Arielle marched over to the door and with her fist, she punched the button. The door slid open.

"Ah!" Arielle screamed as a boy fell through the door. 

He laid on his back, looking up at Arielle.
