Max

I took Alec to dinner because of the present he bought me. He protested but I didn't give him much of an option.

Alec was wearing a red polo and black pants and had his hair in a bun. The bun was cute. I thought it made him look cuter.

I took Alec to Red Lobster and tried to order just a side salad which only cost like 5 dollars. "Babe." I sighed, rubbing my temples. "What? I don't need you spending a lot of money on me." He blushed. I shook my head. "I didn't need you spending a lot of money on me either but look where that got us." I said and looked at the watch Alec gave me.

He sighed and gave in, ordering a lobster and crab dish with salad. I ordered a shrimp salad.

Alec looked at me through his lashes and smiled at me. "6 years... 6 wonderful years I've been with you." He grabbed my hand. I smiled. "I remember the day we met. I was wearing that velvety, blue track suit." I laughed. He laughed too. "Ya. And you were in my spot on the bus than proceeded to ask for one of my earbuds."

We laughed. "Some black veil brides song or something." I said. He nodded. "Ya. I don't remember what song it was." He told me. I nodded. "Ya."

There was a sound of a throat clearing next to us. I assumed it was the waiter so i started to move my hand away from Alec's so the waiter could have somewhere to put the food. But Alec gripped my hand harder.

I looked up and saw a woman standing there, nervously tapping an old looking camera. "H-hi. Hello. I'm Candice." She said and stood up on her toes for a second then went back to flat footed. "Hello Candice. Can we help you?" I asked her.

"I.. I saw you from my table over there." She said and pointed to a table with a man. "And.. I thought you guys looked cute together. And... and I thought maybe I could take your picture?" She asked nervously. I looked at Alec and he shrugged. "Okay." He said.

Candice smiled. "Could you guys look back at each other? Like.. before I bothered you?" She asked. We did as told and when I looked at Alec, he wiggled his eyebrows at me. I smiled and giggled and a click followed. Then another click.

Two pictures came out from the bottom and Candice shook both of them. "Thanks guys. Mind if I keep one? I'm a photographer and it could help me promote my business." She asked. Alec and I both nodded. She smiled and gave us one and skipped away.

I looked at the picture in my hand and it was in black and white. Alec's hand and mine were intertwined on the table and we were both smiling at each other. It was really beautiful. "How'd it come out?" Alec asked and grabbed the picture from my hands. "Aw. I love it. Especially this beautiful human right here." He said and pointed to me in the picture.

I smiled. Our food came and we started to eat. "Maxy?" Alec asked. "Hmm?" I asked and looked up at Alec. "I love you." He told me and grabbed my hand before kissing my knuckles. I blushed. "I love you, too, Alec." I said and smiled. "I love you more than anything in this world."
