Makoto Naegi wasn't the type of person to hold his tears.
Whenever he needed to cry, no matter how hard he tried to hold it, it always failed. Tears always end up running down he's cheeks, just before he's starting to cry his feelings out.
Some people thought he's weak. But his true friends, and especially his special person. Knew that it's the other way around.
Makoto Naegi was a strong person. And it's not because of a talent. It's because of his kindness and optimism. His kindness helped many people going through a hard time, knowing that he's there to help. And his optimism helped other believe in a brighter future.
Kyoko knew it the most. Although since a very young age she learned how to control her feelings, and hold few cries.
She still felt lonely and sad at times.
She knew she could talk to him whenever she needed to.
And she knew she could be there whenever he needed a shoulder to cry too. Although she wasn't very good with words like him.
She was glad she could show him love and kindness through actions.
