@jinnis, as everyone knows, is a frequent and spirited contributor to @Ooorah's WP leading SciFi magazine "Tevun Krus". In issue #42 of that magazine, she published a story titled "The Supernova and the Sandstars". That story introduced the Gologugs of Googalosh, a brutish race with a tendency to hunt down innocent species at the brink of extinction.

@RainerSalt, who got a part-dedication for that story because it featured "Wimots" and some other memes that @jinnis and he had coined in the past, submitted a comment to the story asking about the future fate of the Gologugs. He speculated that these morons were completely unaware of the destiny that the Universe held in store for them.

A series of further comments ensued, in which @jinnis and @RainerSalt concluded that Universe's attention was not on the Gologugs but elsewhere. So the mentioned destiny just lurked in Universe's store, hidden behind a pile of dusty, dark matter, for many years to come.

This is the story of Destiny, how it escaped Universe's store with some unlikely but likeable friends, and where this all led to.
