I have to kill her.

Emma hated the town hall meeting, it felt like everyone always ended up at each others throats. She kept her mouth shut for most of the town issues since they had absolutely nothing to do with her. She always had to go to them though because, Regina/ her boss/ her friend, forces her to. The upside of the meeting is that she gets paid for attending unlike the citizens who go to complain. The only time that she has to participate is when they start talking about the police work and what needs improvement. Other than that she pretty much spends the meeting people watching and laughing at all the old ladies that yell at Regina for things that honestly aren't her fault. The only reason she doesn't go all evil queen on their asses is because she's reformed, also she's on duty and she can't really just go around lighting old ladies up into fire balls because she's annoyed.

"The meeting is beginning in five minutes, we are not going to have a repeat of last time. I will shut this meeting down," Regina glares at all the citizens sitting in the audience, daring them to say something to her right now.

Emma is sitting leaned back in a chair watching the whole thing with amusement, she couldn't help but the slight bit of awe that crept into her emotions as well. Regina in charge was hot and pretty damn amazing. Of course she would never let Regina know that she thinks that way, the woman would probably laugh in her face and she really wasn't ready to deal with that.

On the other side of the room Regina was sitting behind a long table with Granny, Snow, Charming, Ruby and Grumpy. For her it was strange to not be against the heroes, but she is now one of them. She doesn't absolutely hate it, there are some perks, like for instance they all take her side when some disturbed individual tries to call her evil. Right now she was sitting between Ruby and Granny, she's never really had anything against the two except for the fact that they were on snow's side during the fight between the two. They had loyalty which was admirable, she couldn't really hate that now could she.

"You're being watched," Ruby leaned over and whispered to Regina. The brunette hadn't expected the voice so she whipped her head towards the lanky brunette waitress in confusion. Not really understanding who she was speaking about and why she was even speaking to her in general.

"Excuse me?" She raised an eyebrow and looked around trying to find the supposed eyes on her.

"Emma, she's been watching you yell at everyone." Ruby smirks, she's always liked those two together. It just seemed fitting, The Savior and The Evil Queen.

Regina looked around trying to find the blonde locks she knows are in the room. Once she finds the blonde she smirks because Ruby was right, she was watching her. When they locked eyes Emma just smiles softly at her. It makes Regina blush slightly at how much she enjoyed the other woman's smile. She glare over to Ruby slamming her hands onto the table out of know where, she hates how much Emma makes her feel. "I have to kill her."

Ruby laughs a little too loudly, getting dirty looks from her grandmother and best friend. "Or you can woman up and ask her out finally." She raised her eyebrows at the queen with a smirk knowing she's taking a risk saying this to Regina.

Regina looks shocked, her mouth opening and closing not really knowing what to say back. Ruby had just made her speechless, she looks at the other brunette then to the blonde who was now talking with Archie who just showed up to the meeting with Pongo. Regina looks down at her hands, "Killing her would be easier.."

"Maybe, but you'd miss her." Ruby smiles small in understanding that Regina is actually nervous, "I really think you would like the out come of it. She talks about you all the time, it's actually pretty adorable how she doesn't even realize it too."

Regina was about to reply with about twenty different questions, but Snow (bad timing as always) decided it was time to start the meeting
