Harry watched Serena with a raised brow. She was pacing, just as she had been doing for the last fifteen minutes. Harry wasn't too sure what was going on inside her head at the moment. All he knew was that she was still considerably drunk and still considerably emotional over Tom. She wanted to see him, and Harry had offered to take her to him, but now the brunette was beginning to second guess everything. Part of her knew Tom wanted to see her, but the other part refused to believe that he did. She was afraid he was happy to have gotten rid of her, and no matter how much Harry tried to reassure her that was not the case, she overthought the situation.

"Serena," Harry spoke. "Your pacing is creating a draft, love."

Serena paid his words no mind. She only continued pacing. "He doesn't wanna see me, he doesn't wanna see me."

"Serena," Harry sighed.

"No," Serena replied. She turned to look at him with glistening blue eyes. "What if we get all the way to Atlanta and he shuts the door in my face?"

"He won't."

"You don't know that."

Harry couldn't help but roll his eyes at her. He had forgotten just how irrational she could be when she was drunk. "Serena, Tom loves you more than anything. I guarantee you he will want to see you. You're being a bit irrational."

Serena shook her head and sat down on the couch. "No, we're not going."

"Oh my god."

"What?"

Harry got up and walked to the kitchen to get himself something to drink. "Nothing," he called back to her. "It's just that you're quite the annoying little drunk."

"Says you," Serena grumbled.

"Look," Harry started as he walked back into the kitchen. "Tom is in love with you. That's no secret. Why on earth would you ever let yourself believe that he doesn't want to see you when he's done nothing but try to make things right between the two of you since you broke up?"

Serena shrugged and ran a hand through her hair. "I don't know," she squeaked. "I just...he made a bet on me. If you think about it, he never really wanted me to begin with. What if now that we're through and the game is over, he's moved on to play a new game?"

Harry groaned and fell back onto the couch. Sometimes he wanted to wring her little neck, but then he was forced to remember how much he loved her, despite how annoying she could become. "Please don't make me yell at you, Serena."
