"Well I will not grow up, you cannot make me! I will banish you like Tinkerbell!" -Jeremy Sumpter, Peter Pan (2003)

-First Person/Peter-

Misty waved her hands in my face. I had drifted off into a daze. "Are you alive in there?" She asked. I blinked a few times in realization.

"Oh--uh, I mean..." Resting on my side, I scooted closer to Misty and pulled her into a hug and savored in her warmth. "Thanks." Soon, I released her.

"Was there something else you had to say, Peter? For a moment in your odd daydream you looked like you were getting irritated." My eyes widened in surprise. I had only realized what had just happened up until that point. I still haven't said aloud that I loved Misty. And it was probably best I didn't. Anything could happen. So I just relaxed and laid my head down with a reassuring smile.

"No." I waited on Misty to lay her head down. She did but with hesitation.

        "Well, okay."

"I really mean it." I said.

        "What?" Misty asked confused.

"About the thanks." Misty then understood and smiled.

"I know Peter." She said and closed her eyes.

Watching a moment, I wanted to say so much, and do so much. There was alot of things still itching at me for some reason. I was almost regretting not telling her I loved her. But maybe she wasn't ready for that. And I didn't want her to think I was only saying I loved her to get her to do it with me, because I wasn't, I really wasn't. I actually did love Misty. And because I did, I just kept quiet.

Taking my hand, I slid it beneath the side of Misty's chin and tilted it up pressing my lips against her own. Sliding my eyes closed to savior and absorb the butterflies in my stomach and tingles down my spine, I then felt Misty slide her hand around the back of my neck and kiss me back making the excitement that was already in our kisses even more exciting. I wrapped my free arm around her shoulders and pulled her body closer kissing her harder.

And it was here, I was sure I never wanted to let Misty go. I knew it was selfish, but I just needed her more then anything and I could NOT let her stay in London, at least not without me.

Later, I woke up to something whispering my name. It was awfully dark in the cave so I knew night had fell over. "Pan!" The voice hissed and echoed in the cave. Slowly opening my eyes halfway, my vision was foggy and I rubbed my eyes. Something dreadfully cold gripped my arm. In panic, I gasped at the freezing touch and turned on my side sitting up. Squinting through the dark, I made out the shape of figure standing in front of me. Their broad captain's hat standing out the most, my eyes widened. Hook tilted his head looking down upon me. Quickly, I threw myself in front of Misty's sleeping body. "How did you find us?!" I panicked.

"Oh calm your little head, Pan. I'm not here to kill you if that's what you're worried about."

"Don't flatter yourself, Hook, you won't even be able to come close enough to kill me." I warned. Hook laughed.

"Still the same boy you are, Pan." Hook started stepping closer. I jumped back against Misty's sleeping body more protective.

"Back the hell off." I said sternly.

"Well I'd say your language has gotten a bit colorful..." I smirked a minute. "I only ask, what would your new lady friend think of such vocabulary?"
