Chapter One: Friday Night Lights

Sami and Scott stood around my locker, Scott rushing me to hurry up.

"If you don't hurry we're gonna be late, then Noah is gonna yell at us!" Scott said. Sami slapped the back of his head.

"If we were late, he'd come looking for us you fucktard." Sami said.

I rolled my eyes. I threw my backpack into my locker and shut it. Out of the corner of my eye I saw three familiar figures walking up to us.

"You three are late, as always." Noah said.

"We told Star to hurry, but NOOO." Scott said with sarcasm.

I hugged Noah and turned to Mario. He was on his phone with his earbuds in, blocking everyone out. As usual. I snatched the earbuds out of his ears.

"How about you pay attention?" I said. Trinity laughed.

"Alright, enough. So whats up for tonight guys? I say a movie and then go out to eat. My treat." Noah said.

"Sounds fine with me." I said.

"Ill help pay." Scott mumbled.

"Then lets get goin." Noah led all of us outside to the courtyard, where we all piled into my aunt's car. Tonight is gonna be awesome.
