**I advice you read this chapter again since I edited it**
Its been 2 hours since I've been searching for a place where I could live at in the useless guide I had in my hand. However I found nothing which could be affordable at least, even of I found one it would be too far from this town.
Therefore I had no choice but look for a place myself. Too many questions are playing in your minds right?
I'm an ordinary girl with a big dream.
My dream is to finish law school anywhere and when the chance of studying at the university my missing uncle has studied at with a partial scholarship I didn't miss it.
The story behind my uncle is the following: My uncle went to this town to study in this university as you know. My father was overprotective over his younger brother therefore he made sure not to stop calling however when he got a baby from his Christian wife he stopped contacting us and we don't where he went after that.
Although his wife is Christian but actually in Islam it's ok to marry a Christian so we had no problem, but I don't know why he stopped contacting us.
However after all of this I won't stop at anything I will fetch where my uncle is as I promised my baba.
A man moving from a distance woke me up from my day dreaming session making me remember what I was here for.
I squinted my eyes to see clearly what he was doing. He seemed old from the wrinkles on his face, he was loading the trunk with what seemed like milk. I looked at the building behind him and saw Thompsons dairy products. Ohh thats why.
Then I went towards him.
"Hello sir" I said with a smile.
He stopped what he was doing and stared at me with a confused look on his. It's because of my hijab I thought.
Well yeah I wear a hijab and I'm a proud muslim and right now I'm just thinking about what I put myself into because I think I just tripped on one of the most Islamophobic countries.
It's not only because of that old man actually his gaze was one of kindest in comparison to others but because of how their judgemental their stares were and how they made me self conscious in every move.
" I'm sorry to stare miss but we rarely see people like you in here. Are you alone?" he questioned me.
" I know I can see Muslims are not welcome here " I shook my head.
" oh no my dear of course you are but it's not safe for you to stay in this town alone."
" Why?" I asked feeling uneasy from fear which was creeping up my spine making me shudder.
"Well it's a long story but what can I help you with?" he said kindly.
"Well I would be thankful if you show me where can I find a place to live whoch is cheap and at the same near the college in town mrrr..."
"Mr.Williams my dear" he stated,"ohh so you came here to study...wow you must be brave to come to a place you know nothing about all by yourself but don't worry I would love to help you, however the place I have in mind is 30 minutes from college I hope you don't mind....what's your name?"
"Delilah" I smiled then said, "thank you sooo much Mr.Williams. A place which is 30 min. away from college is the right one considering the others places I found were 2 hours far at least."
"ohh come on it's nothing!!! In addition to this you are our guest and we should have been much more generous" He smiled at me the most warm and heartful smile I ever especially in this town.
"Thank you really" I thanked him with to much gratefulness in my heart.

After 15 minutes we reached our destination and to tell you I was fascinated by the view would be an understatement.
This place is unreal!
Never in have I seen a green carpet spread in this way with too many flowers coloring the view with variant colors.
My mouth was kept open until Mr.Williams caught my attention while saying "Come on let us move because if you keep standing like this, bees will find it suitable to live there," he joked.
I laughed " you can't blame me you know this place is unbelievable!" I said flabbergasted.
We continued walking down the chemin and I was trotting like a lunatic behind him from my enthusiam.
Then I remembered that I didn't ask him where were we ' as if i'll know' but still he's a stranger right?
'You can't trust anyone' I remember my dad saying which made me gulp the bile forming in my the throat.
We entered through a large wooden door. This place already made me feel as if I'm home. Everything was made from wood which gave me a warm feeling despite the chilly weather.
"Wow! I don't how can I repay you for what you have done. I already feel home!" I said with a grin on my face.
" You need to stop talking nonsense my dear it's affecting your brain," he waved a hand at me as if it's nothing.
He guided me to the living room which had a large fireplace making me wish I could sleep here. I'm sleepy already.
Then I saw an old lady coming out of what seemed to be the kitchen. She was limping towards the couch in front us.
" Welcome to your home my dear" she said with a sweet smile when her eyes met mine.
I went to her and took her hands " here let me help you" I offered her help.
" No no...I'm fine my dear" she pulled away her hands.
" No it's ok. Please let me" I took her hands in mine stubbornly.
" My name is Jane Williams...you can call me Jane."
"It's my pleasure to meet you Jane...I'm Delilah Husseini" I replied.
Then we discussed the conditions of my stay and actually they were like family to me. I know it's weird and I just met but they are so kindhearted. I hope they really are.
They showed me my room and I was stunned that my room was actually one of the biggest and nicest.
"Why are you doing this.. I don't know if I actually deserve this!" I wondered.
Mr.Williams approached me,"Because if we had a daughterI would never accept that she'd be lost like this and do nothing" I saw a hint of pain glinting in his eyes.
" Don't you have kids" I asked.
A sad smile formed on his lips then replied,"We weren't lucky enough to get one."
"Ohhh...I-I'm soo sorry I didn't mean to be nosy," I stuttered.
"It's fine my dear, you don't have to feel guilty ...It's adequate enough for me to have a person like Alexander in my life and I want nothing more," Jane said with too much appreciation shown her eyes as she was looking at Mr.Williams.
I smiled at her then said, " I don't remember seeing a husband and wife which exchange too much love and appreciation as you are. I pray you live happily together till the last day ..because you really deserve since you are a reason to others happiness. You guys are so kindhearted and generous and I don't think I have seen people like you since my father died." I said woth a tear rolling down my cheek.
" My dear we are soo sorry also " Mrs.Jane hugged me and I started to cry waterfalls at her chest.
" You know I don't really know you but you have such a pure heart however you don't show it!" She said.
This phrase was a trigger for my tears to fall uncontrollably.
And that was my first day!
