Part 10: Beauty and The Beast (Suga)

    Yoongi rushed to the front entrance, joining the others as they stood at stairs watching the doors get rammed into over and over again waiting for it to give. He looked around to see that all his cursed staff was there standing at ready, with his closest friends next to him; Namjoon, Hoseok, Jimin, Jin and even Jungkook and his dog V.

    "They broke through the gates, they're trying to do the same to the doors. They looked like they had not only guns but all forms of weapons with them", Namjoon informed him before taking a moment to look around, "Suga? Where's Angelica?"

    Without looking at him Yoongi replied, "She's safe. If these are the people from her town, there's a possibility they came for her, and I . . . I don't want them to take her."

    "Yoongi", Namjoon whispered, 'He's finally figured it out', he thought to himself with a smile before facing the doors as they fly open. The townspeople dropping the log they forced the door open with onto the ground, making their way through stopping at the bottom of the steps, all staring up at the huge beast before them.

    "WHY ARE YOU HERE!?! LEAVE!!", Yoongi roared down to them making them take a step back, but not leave. The crowd started to split down the middle as two figures made their way to the front, as they came into view Yoongi began to growl, "You".

    Standing at the bottom of the staircase, stood the man that run out of there in rags four months age. His once long, tattered brown hair now lay just above his shoulders clean and smooth exposing his brown eyes and thin face. He wore dark brown pants tucked into his leather boots, a white dress shirt under a black leather vest. His hands now covered by leather gloves pointing a shotgun at the Beast, ready to fire at any time.

    Huffing, Yoongi turn his head to look at the man beside his once prisoner only to freeze, 'It's him'.

    Before Yoongi stood a tall lean man covered in black head to toe. A black shirt cover by a dark grey vest and black leather coat, his black pants bagging slightly at his calves where they were tucked into his mid-high black leather boots. A pistol strapped to his left hip barely being covered by his dark coat. His head tilting to the left slightly making his pitch black hair shift out of his bright piercing blue eyes, his head straightened as he yelled back up to Suga, "We're here for the girl you took! Give her back to me, and no one gets hurt."

    Yoongi growled, "Why should I? It's been four months since she's been here, and not once did someone come to find her. So, why now?"

    Corbin laughed before explaining, "Four months ago, this man next to me came running into town screaming and yelling about the beast that had taken him, telling us we had to kill it. Now after he explained to us what happened, we realized Angelica was gone and that YOU had her. Of course, we couldn't just rush in here. We needed time to prepare, to gather weapons and men, but we're here now and we want her back!" At this the crowd of men cheered, raising their weapons into the air before rushing up the stairs meeting the curse staff, beginning the fight.

    Yoongi leaped into the air, landing a few feet away from Corbin, Yoongi straightened his back standing over the raven like man, before lunging forward ready to attack. As Yoongi brought his enormous hand down to strike him, Corbin ducked out of the way running up the stairs turning back to face Yoongi at the top. The Beast brought his hand down on Corbin again, this time the man raised his arms blocking the hit but being thrown back into the wall from the force of the blow. Staggering as he stood on his feet, his arms dropping to his sides now covered in blood from the beast's claws digging into them, Corbin asked in a demanding voice, "Where is Angelica?"

    "Why do you care? She would never go anywhere with you after what you did! After you killed her family!", Suga yelled back.

    "It had to be done! I love her and she wouldn't come with me if her family was still alive!!", Corbin yelled as he grabbed the pistol at his hip and aimed it at Yoongi.

    Yoongi's staff had either forced out the other men into the yard, or had beaten them knocking them out cold, for the only two left fighting in the castle were Suga and Corbin. Hoseok, Jin, Jimin, Namjoon and Jungkook stood in horror as Corbin pulled the trigger, shooting Yoongi straight through his left shoulder close to his heart. Jin pulled Jungkook into him to shield him from seeing any further, V whined and shook in terror while the others were to shock to do anything as Yoongi let out a blood curtailing roar.

    Falling to his knees, Yoongi looked up at Corbin who stood smirking, before Yoongi's attention went to the figure behind the man. His eyes widening, as the figure covered its mouth letting out a choked sob while yelling out his name. 'Angelica! NO! Run! PLEASE!!', Suga tried to call to her, but nothing came out as he fell onto his back. As he tried to get up he heard the sound of metal piercing flesh, and his heart dropped, 'Please. Please, don't be Angelica'.

    As Suga's vision started to blur slightly, Angelica rushed to his side grabbing his face to make him look at her. "Yoongi! Yoongi, focus okay? And don't you dare die! I swear if you do, I'll bring you back and kill you myself!!", Angelica demanded while crying. The others rushed forward as well, though leaving some space in between them and Yoongi. They knew even if they did call for a doctor, even if a doctor was willing to help him, they would never make it in time and Angelica knew that as well.

    Suga and Angelica looked into each other's eyes, as he groaned in pain Angelica broke the silence cause she knew this was her only chance to tell him, "You know, you never let me answer back there."

    Yoongi's face scrunched up in pain and confusion as he coughed before stuttering, "W-what?"

    Angelica brought Yoongi's face closer to her's, letting her tears fall from her cheeks to his, she whispered before pressing her lips against his, "I love you, too."

    As they kiss, a swirl of red mist encircled them, tossing their hair in different directions. The light in the room got brighter and brighter, before it was blinding making the others turn their heads away from the couple. Then in a sudden flash it all stopped, the light and red mist disappeared. They rest of the cursed staff coming back into the entrance way, for all the men were gone. They all looked around to see what had happened only to see nothing had changed, they turned to look back at the couple before them, gasping at what they saw.
