Malia is a normal girl that lives in West Palm Beach, Florida. She lives with her mom and aunt May. She goes to Royal Palm Beach High School and has amazing friends. Everything is perfect.
One day Malia decides to go camping on an island near by...
I have made a decision, I want to go on my first swim. It's been 5 days since it all happened.
Me- I decided I want to go on my first swim.
Sebastian- Really? Cool who do you want to take you? Me- Do you mind going with me?
Sebastian- No, I wold actually love to be the first person to take you.
Me- Okay how is right now?
Sebastian- I'll be over in one minute Princessa.
I'm really excited to go into the ocean. Plus I want to see what Sebastian's tail looks like. When he said one minute he meant one minute. The door bell rings.
"Hey."
"Hello, ready to go for your first swim..."
"Hey, Malia do you know where my keys are-"she says but she stops as soon as she sees Sebastian.
"Oh Malia who is this."my mom says and Sebastian shakes her hand.
"He's my friend mom. Sebastian this is my mom. Mom this is Sebastian."I say.
"Oh well you kids have fun."she says as I close the door behind me.
"Your mom's nice."he says. We walk off to a beach that no one goes to.
"This what we call Merman Cove. Try to get as out as far as you can because once you turn it's kinda of hard to leave the cove."he says. The cove is like a little beach with grass springing up all around it. I take a sprinting run and jump in the water. I turn and I pop my head above the water for a moment.
"Good job!"he yells as he does the same. He hits the water and his shirt disappears and tail begins to appear. His is tail is way different than mine. For one he has things kinda of sticking out of his tail. Also his is blue and mine is red. It's really pretty though.

"So how do you like my tail?"
"It's really pretty."I say. He grabs my hand as we descend into the ocean. I don't see much at first but that all changes. I smile looking at him as we swim as fast as torpedoes. We see a reef filled with lots of fish. Most animals glide past us like we're not even there. It's so beautiful and bright and alive. I could spend my whole life down here.
Sebastian picks up a sea shell and hands it to me.
"Here. A shell just as pretty as you."he says. Why does Sebastian have to be such a flirt. He really makes me blush sometimes even when I'm underwater. He swims towards and underwater cave. We swim towards a tunnel until we reach the opening.
"Is this the same-"
"No this is a different one but just as good."he says as I look around. The whole entire wall is filled with glow in the dark sea stars. It's absolutely beautiful.
"So how are you liking the ocean?"
"It's amazing. I absolutely love it done her." I say. The trip finally comes to an end as we reach the beach. We dry ourselves off away from the water. We talk and laugh and just have fun. I see him look over in one direction. He's staring at a really pretty girl by a beach next door.
"So you like that girl?"
"Maybe...why do you care, or are you just watching out for competition."he says smirking. I roll my eyes at me back.
"No it was just a question."I say a little more serious.
"No she's not really my type....I'm more into redheads."he says as he winks at me. Our tails dry and begin our walk home.
"I had fun today. I really did."I say before I go inside my house.
"You have to come with Miles and me next time. We're thinking of heading out on Saturday."he says.
"Maybe. I'll think about it. Bye, Sebastian."
"Bye, Malia."he says as I shut the door.
