{UNEDITED}
A week has passed and I've been ignoring everyone who is trying to talk to me, or trying to get me out of my room.
Ever since the Harry and Faye incident, I kind of just shut Harry out. He called and texted me a few times but eventually, he stopped.
Annie went to my house with her cousin the day after the incident and explained everything. I was pretty mad after that so I also ignored her the whole week.
Claire will be back from their family reunion tomorrow and I can't wait to tell her everything.
The double date that my brother arranged? Well, I also told him to cancel it. I wasn't just in the mood to talk to anyone.
To be honest, I don't know what I'm suppose to feel.
Because those times that I spent in my room the whole week was when I realized that I fell for Harry. Hard.
No, I won't tell him. That would just make me a pathetic loser, plus, he has Faye.
"Kylie, you really need to get out of your room," Sam said on the other side of the door. "You've been there the whole week.
"I'm fine, Sam. Just leave me alone." I replied, placing my pillow over my head thinking it would stop me from hearing his voice; but it didn't.
"I'm going to break down the door, Kylie." He said in a serious tone.
"Fine, at least give me thirty minutes!" I groan.
No answer came so I thought he left. I remained on my bed, convinced that my brother has left.
"Thirty minutes is over. Now get out or else.." My brother's voice suddenly interrupted my peaceful moment.
"Ugh fine." I gave in.
I stood up from my bed and walked over to open my door.
"Woah," Sam said as he stepped in my room. "Did something die in here? It smells terrible! How are you able to breath in here?" He asked.
"I don't know," I shrugged. "Just gotten used to it, I guess.."
"You should go out more often," my brother convinces me.
"I know," I sighed. "Where's mum and dad by the way?" I asked.
"You know where they are, Kylie." He simply said, obviously not wanting to talk about them.
You see, Sam is one to hold a grudge against another person. Not that I'm saying that he has a grudge against our parents, but he's just upset at them.
Ever since when we were kids, we were always left alone with baby-sitters while they go to a business trip. Even most of our school activities was attended by a baby-sitter.
So I guess you can say that they didn't really had time for us, and I guess that's the reason why Sam doesn't really have a close relationship with our parents.
I, on the other hand, am not really close to my parents either. But even if I turn the world up-side-down, their still my parents, so there's nothing I can do about it.
"Claire called. She said she's going to be here with a friend this afternoon." Sam said, breaking into my thoughts.
"Since when did you start to answer my phone?" I asked, slightly annoyed.
"She called the house phone," Sam rolled his eyes. "Anyway, I'll be out with my mate this afternoon so will you be okay by yourself?" He asked.
"Yeah, Claire's coming anyway." I replied.
