"Well, for you I would."

I madly blushed at his response which caused him to laugh.

"You're really cute when you blush." He compliments.

"Shut up." I rolled my eyes at him.

The Ferris wheel came to a sudden stop which caused our cart to slightly swing back and forth. And to be more specific, our car stopped in the middle so we're like on the top.

"Why did we stop?" I asked Niall and Claire, whose cart is just behind mine and Harry's.

"The operator said something about the switch stopped working." Claire informs.

"Oh, okay," I nod. "How long is it going to take for the switch to work again?" I asked the two again while Harry just stayed silent the whole time.

"I dunno," She shrugged. "We'll just have to wait."

"Yeah," I sighed. "Guess we're stuck up here for a while." I tell Harry.

"Seems like it." He chuckled.

It's been like 15 minutes already and I'm slightly getting worried for Harry. He's been quiet and haven't spoken a single word. His gaze remains outside, looking at the beautiful city lights. Claire and Niall are obviously too occupied of their own conversation. You can even hear their laughter here!

Another 10 minutes has passed and I'm really bored. Harry's still not talking, his gaze still on the same place and I sit here, debating if I should talk to him or not. But what if he's mad because I kinda forced him on this ride? My sub conscience tells me. Shut up. He said it himself that it was okay. I mentally rolled my eyes. Shit. I think I am going crazy. I just started to answer my own questions! I really should talk to Harry.

I looked at him, ready to speak when he beat me to it.

"Erm, sorry for being uh, quiet," he paused. "I was just... Amazed? I mean the view here is really amazing!" He exclaims which made me chuckle.

"It's okay," I answer him. "I just thought you were mad."

"Mad? Why would I be mad?" He asks me, eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"Well, you didn't want to go here in the first place and I just thought you'd be mad because-" I was cut off by him slightly chuckling.

"I told you, it's completely fine! Plus, I don't even regret being here," he assured me. "Especially being here with you." I hear him quietly mutter to himself.

Was I supposed to hear that or...?

I just shrugged it off and smiled at him. We fell silent again until he spoke up.

"Look, Kylie, I need to tell you something but please don't get mad, okay?" He tells me and I slowly nod. What is he up to?

"Okay, so to make it simple," he paused and took a deep breath before continuing. "I like you, Kylie." He confessed.

"W-what?" I stammer, unable to believe by what he just confessed.

"I do, Kylie. At first it was all a challenge to me but things have changed y'know? Ever since we started to hang out more often, I realized that you are more than just a girl who loves to study, you make me feel so happy and I regret not spending time with you before. So please, can you give me a chance?" He finished his speech with hopeful eyes.

"I feel the same way, Harry," I admit.

"R-really?" He asked me.

"Of course! Actually, I've been crushing on you for a while now." I sheepishly smiled at him.
