Closing my eyes I closed my hands tightly squeezing the paper that was inside with a view words on it. I was hoping that I could get it to Hope before Aurora comes. She's the only who can protect me and everyone else.

This wasn't the first time that I was using a spell like this. But it was the first time I did it in the cemetery where I stood right above the ancestors.

"Siding with the enemies huh?" My heart skipped a few beats and I swallowed hard when I heard Dahlia's voice. What the hell it she doing woke?

"You mean your fifteen year old niece?" I asked turning around towards her trying to hide away by fear. "It's better to have her as a friend than a foe."

"Just because she's strong doesn't mean she can't die." She shrugged.

"But she can't." I nodded. "If you kill her she'll come back. She's like a cat, except she has more than nine lives."

"Oh." Dahlia nodded. "Let's see how many times I can kill her then." She walked off and I tried to follow her but I ran into an invisible barrier. Looking around me I sighed stressfully at the circle of salt.

"You bitch." I mumbled not trying to get out knowing that I couldn't.

Opening the house door I closed it behind me and looked it with a sigh. Esther and I spoke about Klaus and she wants to wait until he's a vampire to speak with him, I don't know why.

"Kaelin?" I questioned looking into the living and then down the hall.

"I don't think she's here." I looked up quickly to see Tristian standing behind me dressed in an all white tux with a black tight.

"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked in a serious voice.

"Eight years ago my sister was awaken and I haven't seen her since. What the hell did you do with her?" Tristian asked while sliding his hand in his pocket.

"I used her as a lower source to wake bring my brother back." I stated. "She's dead, or Marcel's deal will confirm otherwise. But I can't help you and I won't."

"And you'll regret it very much." Tristan started at me before using his speed to quickly leave the house without closing the door behind him.

Sebastian and I had slept over at Kimora's cabin last night. Kimora told us her reasons for bringing back Niklaus and it wasn't because of his daughter. It was because she needs Henric's help the bring Kyla back. He's the only one that knows that spell.

"I never asked..." Kimora began to speak. "But what brings you two back to New Orleans aside from trying to wake Klaus?"

"I was already here standing next to our century old enemy not looking at the greater issues. Being selfish as always." Sebastian nodded as he sat down in the couch.

"Well, Freya needed me and Jordan to get here to speak with Zadok but for some reason he doesn't want to be found. I take it's because he tried to kill our brother Henric yesterday while using a distant voodoo doll. Hope was able to prevent the killing, but it won't before he tries something else."
